i wouldnt call his attitude simple, he is implementing very deep philosophies into his speech and behaviour, he has suffered a lot and reconsidered and learnt a lot, this man is super intelligent and confident, understood that the child´s mind is the most creative one and is being brainwashed into living in a capitalistic society, he fully understood the neuroplasticity of a childish brain, he has absolute control over his mind and body and most importantly he doesnt care what ANYONE thinks about him, hes also a fantastic speaker, he has it all

Wim you have also helped me through one of my darkest times. I was recovering after 12 years of IV heroin use, and i discovered you and your method, and living in Canada the cold is perfect tool for me in the darkness of winter! with your method you have helped me reduce my stress and trauma from my addictions and my trauma causing my addiction, The breathing helped ground me in desperate times, and given my body the ability to heal itself from years of damage, AND after being hospitalised with "Necrotising Fascitious" Inside my lung, Which is Flesh eating bactiria that consumes health flesh, i had spent 2 months in the hospital hooked up to IVs 24/7 I have notice ASTRONOMICAL changes in my ability and skill in excersising and getting my body Fit once again! I am 5 years clean from methamphetamines and was still struggling with lingering side effects like not being able to produce dopamine or serotonin and feeling fatigued 24/7. Since I started doing the techniques I feel much happier and full of energy. Like my brain is producing serotonin and dopamine normally again. These methods are a life saver. Some day when I become a counselor for drug addicts in recovery I would like to use these methods to help others

I love how you have money now and can make things fancy ,but you keep your yard like a playground for happiness and fitness . Tons of plants , water and surrounded by life . That’s how I’ve been and to see this it’s inspiring for me to add more to my yards . I love the green house . I love how you’re real about your life and no pretending . I am 47. I am happy with life. I see some is like me. Such childlike nature for the simplest beautiful things in life. Even when showing his dives off the cliff, he mentions his "favourite" dive. He is 62. He has a such love and happiness for a dive. He even mentions, it's a CRAZY dive. I think like that. On the right path.

This is amazing!! I'm a 40 year old woman and I've only discovered Wim yesterday, he's already made me think about and understand life so much more than anyone else I've encountered, my partner also died and left me with a young child, leaving me in utter turmoil, I turned to my garden and it really helped me process the grief, I created a lovely exotic looking garden but only organic and plenty of native plants too, I started my journey swimming in the sea in my home in Cornwall a couple of years ago and noticed a lot more sea swimmers around, now thinking about recent trends, it all makes sense that they're all trying to reach a similar goal as Wim is, I get really black days and have thought about giving up so many times but obviously I can't do that because of my son, he pushes me to survive the awful feelings I've been left with grieving for my lost love, thank you Wim, I'm going to give it my best shot now, you've confirmed my suspicions that it really is mind over matter and that there is SO much power in breathing and just being exposed and as one with the world, your TOP of my list of heros! 👏 👏 👏

Wim you have helped me massively through long covid .... Your breathing techniques have supported my immune system and reset my fight flight state so thankyou. I have seen numerous doctors and no one has been able to help me . The power of breath work and the cold showers have really helped to break the cycle of this chronic illness. I am one of your biggest advocates and I tell everyone about the techniques to try and help them with long covid . I've just been reflecting on my long covid journey and one thing that has come out of this , is my heightened awareness of the mind and body connection. It's so important to try and re-engage with things that bring you joy and inner calm and for me , the breath work has enabled that and offered my over stimulated autonomic nervous system a chance to reset . Hey Wim , would you consider doing a retreat for people with long covid ? . I think your approach could be really helpful to supporting all the people that are really suffering . With no treatment protocol or cures yet, your holistic approach would really benefit us all and give us hope on our long road to recovery .

@@Pound4Poundtv_ yes most evenings to help me to get to sleep ..I do three rounds and it works every time at getting me to sleep . I've had shocking insomnia caused by covid which I caught in January. Where I fought the virus , my body was still in a stuck state of fight or flight ( the sympathetic nervous system ) and I needed to get the parasympathetic system kicking in more . It takes practice and patience. I don't just do it at night though , I use the techniques whenever I need to

@@Pound4Poundtv_ ok perhaps you should gently start and just try one round at first . Learn how to breathe correctly too that's important . Breathing in slowly through the nose will help your body to calm down..I've spent too much energy in fight fight mode and need to use the energy to heal ... It's not easy as the symptoms of long covid cause anxiety and fear

It always amazes when I see elderly people with children that young, the mother is probably not elderly,biologically of course,it would be impossible without medical intervention.There is a reason why old women can't have children. If anyone can do it,it's this guy. It's no joke running after toddlers.He will be 80 when his child is in high school,how wonderful.

Doing cold showers, meditations and breathing exercise almost daily since june. This man really motivates me. When i grow older i want to have the same kind of garden. Wonderful and enjoyable.

I'm so enjoying doing my cold water showers every day outside ,all through winter as well,coupled with the breathing ,my depression has gone and at last I have a tool to manage my severe anxiety,My 14 year old son is doing the cold showers outside every day as well. Changed my life Wim 😊🙏❤️
