I enjoy your videos, they are lifesavers! This may be off-subject, but I love your hair! My hair coils similarly to yours, but your hair looks beautiful. Would you be willing to share your haircare routine?

thank you so much! I try to keep it pretty simple, wash once or twice a week, leave in conditioner (mielle organic pomegranate) and gel (uncle funky's daughter curly magic). I'll try and the routine into a video

Beyond a good multivitamin, magnesium and omega-3.

I use nutritive enemas to deliver my vitamins and minerals. I don't take anything orally because the stomach acids will weaken the potency.
