I've used cordyceps for years, primarily for athletic endurance. It is incredible. It feels like you can extract more oxygen from the air and recent research shows that it increases nitric oxide production and ATP. On the remedial side, I sent some to an older friend who was struggling to recover from COV and it literally returned her to near normal, almost instantly. She was struggling even walking to the restroom but the next day she was able to walk like normal. She's been virus free ever since and is somewhere close to normal.
Hi everytime I have this suppliment just one capsule in the morning, next morning I wake up by 4.30 am instead of usual 7.30 am. Why is this happening pls? Any idea?

Some women have low testosterone. As women testosterone is still the most abundant sex hormone in our bodies. We also make estrogen from testosterone. I always recommend talking with your doc about interactions, but this website can be a starting point. www.drugs.com/drug_interactions.html
What has helped for me has been to have shorter meditations at first or working with different eye positions or doing some breath work exercises before the meditation

Hello! Could someone please clarify to me this: if I book the retreat on Dr. Joe's website, I need to book the hotel and pay for it separately? In other words, the accommodation is not included in the retreat price? And something else, if the retreat is booked and there is no accommodation available in the Rivera - what to do? Love it. I know I have a high cortisol level and also suffer from anxiety. This is a game changer. Take 150 mg AM and PM. I feel so much better and have more get up and go.
my iron is high but ferritin is low ? my doctor doesn't know what this means ?? he suggested i stop taking my iron pillits and so i did about a momth ago
