So glad that you are promoting rigorous testimony against the overeating of carbs. I'm beyond sick of all the bodybuilding bros, many who are on gear, constantly screaming how you have to eat so many carbs and that's how they try to justify eating oatmeal and bagels. I think many of them are addicted to carbs and are just blindly following other meatheads on gear. Calories in calories out is so stupid and needs to be eradicated

I'm so excited to get to see your side of this video, even though it is shorter than what they posted but I also want to say I am proud of you for staying serious and keeping your composure because these guys sure do love to laugh and they make some incredible jokes but we come to you for information so it's nice to see you remain professional, especially when these guys are pros at entertainment😂😂😂

Insulin is the fat storage hormone. To shed fat, that is the first and most important thing you need to know. Get moving as this host might say. But meal frequency and content-not calories is much more important. And cholesterol makes Vitamin D. Not the sun. The sun the fuel to make it happen. And cholesterol makes testosterone.

Thanks Mike for what you bring to the table (npi). A year ago I started a habit to go outside every morning before I do anything else and hang from a bar for 3 minutes, do a 10 minutes stretch routine and drink a glass of water. In the cold, the rain, the heat, whatever. Just those 3 things and 15 minutes outside first thing were life changing. Mentally and physically. That is my base or my minimal "selfcare routine". This all can be so overwhelming with all the data and advice but simple habits you can build over time is key. For things to be "life changing" you have to change your life.

I can't always exercise due to health shenanigans but about 18 months ago I decided very first thing to sit on my doorstep and get natural light in my eyes for about 15 mins. PS. Hanging about ON a bar rather than IN a bar is a great idea. 👍😁😜.

The most interesting part of this RU-vid channel is the constant exploration of anectdotal evidence. As a long term carnivore myself, I can add my experiences to this as to how I have no desire to eat processed crap. I eat 4-6 pounds of fatty meats daily along with 6 eggs, and some dairy, and do no exercise other than work. I do not look anything like Nsima Inyang but what he says reflects what I have seen.

People use the word “cardio” incorrectly. Weight training is also “cardio”. “Cardio” can be anaerobic and aerobic. So what he means to say is “aerobic” activity…not “cardio”. And Aerobic activity does not help you lift weights in the gym. It’s the other way around.

Walk 30 minutes even if youre obese. 10 minutes equals 1 kilometer if you walk fast and if very obese and slow walk then 10 minutes is nothing worthy. 30 minutes twice per day, should be very duable, thats 8000 steps in total if you walk fast.

These men do not have an accurate view of CF. At an elite level, maybe, but that's with any sport at an elite level. The injury rate for CF is dramatically lower than with runners...it is not an inherently dangerous or injury prone activity. And, if you go to a CF gym, you have a coach that can help guide you to the appropriate weight or scaling option to choose for a metcon. I'm 5'3" 120lb female. I've been doing this for 7 years with no injuries. I've competed in scaled events. I have no plans on being elite, but I'm sure as hell more fit than most people.

@@ayo9057 what's your age? Cancer is mainly diet related too. Higher carb diets, at least higher processed carb diets make sunlight harmful to those who ingest those foods. The sun is energy boosting to a healthy person

This conversation is super light weight and flawled. Dude said there is nothing wrong with protein shakes. There is A LOT wrong with protein shakes. This conversation is solely focused on aesthetics and NOT health at all. And lean protein is not healthy at all. It depletes Vitamin A stores.

We need to eat animals and vegetables. Grains are welcome in moderation daily, larger amounts during training. Though I don’t think anyone needs 300+ grams of carbs per day. That sounds like inflammation.

Eating fat is not going to make you fat unless you're eating carbs with that fat. If you just eat animal fat and no carbs, it's not going to Make you fat when you're trying to give your body two energy sources at one time. One a clean burning source and one that your body has to convert and try to get rid of carbs is what I'm talking about

No, you can get fat if you eat too much of anything. The hope is you eat the right amount not overeat if you eat more fat.
@RaduPN
@RaduPN 5 дней назад
Eating fat with carbs will not make you fat and will not make you unhealthy. Example: whole brown rice plus ground beef or steak. So, dont’t just take opinions from the internet.
