Off speed pitches are irrelevant because they are obviously a different pitch. He has lost speed on the fastball. In Cincinnati it was uncommon if he threw less than a 100 mile an hour fastball now it is more mixed. He has lost speed a bit. It happens. His fastball is still hard to hit.
