Hi everyone!
Another Voron video here, now covering the hidden part of the Stealthburner upgrade - the Clockwork 2 extruder. Build specifics, assembly and first thoughts.

Just a standard SuperSlicer 2.4 config with upped speeds and accelerations

Man, you spend more time out of the frame than in :D Just raise the camera a little bit... so many important moves not recorded :D Very nice build otherwise, nice quality printed parts too! Thanks for showing us!

I know, right? But generally it's 20% only, not more than a half ) Making videos is not an easy pick and yeah... There is a room to improve and learn. Thanks for the comment.

any impact on print quality? surface woodgrain?

I don't observe a lot of improvement, honestly. Print quality is the same, and the volumetric rate decreased compared to CW1 with Oukeda pancake motor.

Stealthburner had the cooling completely modeled and optimized using CFD. Comparing a mod to a CFD modeled and CAD engineer designed part is a bit like comparing your modded car to a production model.

Can you add a final video for this when it's out of beta please? I have clockwork 2 and stealthburner ready, just want to print the final parts and not beta 👍

@@techbytch After I printed the parts, I'v seen very small gap that's impossible to use big motor (without modifying), just ordered orbiter motor NEMA14 20mm.

The fan cooling is not very good, my current one is way better and the smaller motor is not as good as many out there. Not sure why they pushed this design out there. It's a sideways upgrade at best and a downgrade as far as cooling goes and the cooling path is still pretty bad. This is not directed at the presenter, you're doing a good job, just the basic design is not good enough to waste the time doing it.
