DSG oil change for DQ200, dry clutch dsg gearbox.
OIL: G052512A2, VW Genuine oil
I was able to drain 1600 mls, so topped up with 1600 mls, no leak prior to servicing.

Everyone who repairs DSG gearboxes recommends 2.5 liters of oil for DQ200 if you want to enjoy it longer. Do not forget to change the oil in the mechatronics, 0.9 liters.

is the 7 speed gearbox on the skoda superb mk2 118 TSi a DQ 200? If yes are all DQ200 require the same amount of oil? Or will it be different if its mounted on different vehicles? Thanks.

Hi there, which oil did you use ? Some people say that you have to use original vw transmission oil to get better result.

Yup i used VW Genuine oil, part number G052512A2,

Didn't change when i did this, so far no leak. But if it's better to change if you have one.

Forum says 29NM, considering new washer, maybe +3nm for if reused washer.

Done a 1.4 tsi 2012, they're same gearbox, dry clutch.

@@mbl-randomdiy6024 No, the manufacturer does not say anything about changing the oil in the dq200 gearbox because the clutch is not immersed in oil. Changing the oil does not make sense

@LaLoses this dq200 dry clutch doesn't have a filter, the dq250 wet clutch has a filter.
