@@georgefloydspaceshuttlepro1839 it would be quite difficult to make a rule that limits how much people use the rest of their bodies in an arm wrestling match, one good option would be to keep yhe shoulder above the table at all times but imo when youre allowed to do more then it makes the sport more interesting and makes it about more technique

Hanging off the table with your body weight shouldn't be part of arm wrestling. It's extra weight that's not coming from the arm. It should just be arm vs arm.. not arm holding the other guys body weight as he hangs over the edge of the table... Always thought that was kinda weird.

@EdwinLindberg it "Adds weight" to the momentum of your position. You can't do that if you sit down, that's where it's only arm strength, conditioning and technique.

@Gregory Koven well a few things, calling something you said stupid doesn't mean i meant you're stupid. Second thing, I've never talked about the wives, infact i think Jodi is freaking awesome. Read my comment again, i was simply referring to the fact "a wife that does what you so is a supportive wive" which i replied with, well no. Someone who does what you do is just someone. A supportive wife doesn't need to do what you do to become such or anything. Last at last, i would definitely say it to your face but that's just something you're gonna have to believe or not, no point arguing about this.

When Devon is holding his arm from going down, I swear - he looks like he is holding on for dear life. It's like, if his arm touches the pad, that is like a death sentence he is trying to prevent. It's crazy!

Bart Wood probably the most bias ref in the sport right now ...... trains with dave chaffee but is allowed to ref his matches ? Letting dave false start for round 1 ? Letting dave back pressure devon elbow up and giving devon a foul when it was dave that backpressured. What a joke WAL you need some new refs .

Round 1 Devon caught Dave nicely n was gonna bleed him but was falsely called a pin. Next Dave jumped the start and still lost 3-1. Devon was too big and too strong with the right gameplan for this one.

WAL is the best format for the sport. So entertaining and high quality to watch. They should capitalize on it. It is like UFC for arm wrestling. I just don’t see the same quality in king of the table or East or west.

@Stevey TeeVee Yeah seriously...no matter what you think, you cannot disrespect a ref like that and waste so much time with whining. Argue with ref? Foul. Argue again? Instant loss. Devon only does this stuff because they allow it. With PAL rules, Dave would've won with his eyes closed. Devon himself admitted that he had to bring out the "ugly side" to win, meaning rule-bending, mindgames etc.

@@3dTank Devon is just unsporstmanlike just as Dave said. From the beginning to the end of this match, pre-match and such. Good to create a Show, but has nothing to do with sport. I used to like Devon, I actually don't like him now. I prefer 100000 times Michael Todd.

@@Meatcook123 Constantly arguing, pulling Dave around, not letting his grip go when ordered to, going with one or both shoulders under the table, having arm sideways and elbow not fully on the pad...plenty of stuff. Dave did some too, but not to this extent.
