Thanks, Raymond. I am very attracted to walking from the South to Compostela. One of my ancestors came to South America from Cáceres, and I would like to see how he walked from his town to Sevilla, the port was to go to America.

Yes COVID changed the plans of so many. My wife & I were due to walk our first Camino (Frances) in April/May. My day counter got down to 24 days before I had to cancel. Nevertheless, planning on the Via for late Spring ‘22....hence my keen interest in your walk/video.

Thank you for sharing your great video. My wife and I took 35 days to walk the 800km from St Jean Pied de Port to Santiago last April/May and we thought we did well, but your 1,000km in 32 days is very impressive. That is really good going. My wife is going to take a rest this year (we also walked the Pennine Way last August/September and that just about finished her off!), but I would like to do another Camino. I am undecided whether to do the Frances Way again, or the Del Norte or the Via de la Plata. I believe there is a good supply of accommodation on the Del Norte, but I am not so sure about the Via de la Plata. Did you find accommodation easy to find and did you need to carry a sleeping bag? Enjoy whatever adventure you decide on this year. I will keep an eye out for another video :-).
Thank you for your encoursging feedback. I wish to do the del Norte and also walk again the Frances. This year I am choosing to walk the voa Augusta from Cadiz and then the Primitivo and the Engles..this will be in October....you will hear about them...buen Camino Ray
There is no definite rule how many days you take for a camino...I hope you enjoyed the Pennine way ....I was preparing to walk the Mozarabe that time ...Thanks for your comment!!
