Before you start running or jogging, you need to warm up and stretch your body nicely, in order to prevent injuries.
This training routine contains simple and effective exercises that will prepare your body before you go for a run, sprint or jog... outdoors or on a treadmill.
You can do this warmup and stretching workout either at home or even outside, just before you start your run.

when I go running I found that sometimes you need to inhale through nose and exhale through your mouth a few times while you're running but sometimes you also need to pant normally so justwhile you're running if you feel like you need that extra breath take a few deep breaths in through nose and exhale

Surabhi yes I understand your situation. Nagashree fitness and working out is not about doing different and varied exercises. In fact it's very boring because you will likely end up doing the same few exercises. But you should focus on results instead! Compare yourself the the person you were one week ago and take your motivation from that! Good luck and much love! ❤️💪
