I get what all of the followers of Marcus are saying but why is it different when the shoe is on foot? I've watched you for 3 years now and I've grown a lot from your preaching. One thing I have failed to understand is why you care so much about what others say about you. Personally I only care about what Christ thinks of me.
What I've realised is the REAL ones tell you to "seek God for yourself, develop a relationship with God for yourself, and look for the truth" almost every time. People who lead you to God are the real ones/preachers because that's how it should be. They shouldn't be leading you to them or to only get knowledge from just them. They also tell you the good, bad AND ugly things that give you conviction. False teachers lie to you and feed your ego only, they don't tell you about the reality of everything, they preach heaven, money, jobs, cars and your enemies. But they don't preach repentance, hell or unforgivess issues. There's always a balance. Just like a real friend...you would want them to have a balance of good, bad, difficult and truth!

I tell them about the ministry of Jesus how he cast out devils and heal the sick etc. and tell them to go to God for themselves. To my shocking ppl still rely on the pastor to give them a word and will not go test it for themselves and no spiritual growth It’s scary to me. When you mention things that’s going to convict them and call them out of sin they are going to get defensive. I have always believed, that like the Apostle Paul, we Christians should only be concerned about the view God has of us. The video presenter mentions some very good points that people are criticizing him for the sole purpose of getting views on their video presentations, and that is clearly the wrong spiritual mindset to be in. However, the situation is a two-sided fence. When there is a cause, there is always an effect. Mr. Marcus Rogers was cautioned multiple times to stop prophesying or predicting political events, he clearly would NOT listen to correction, which prompted him to openly apologize to the public for a prediction that did not come true. Unfortunately, when a prediction or prophecy doesn't come true, it creates an open doorway for hungry wolves to come and indulge or criticize. Of course, it's not right for the wolves to come after him, but if you create an open doorway, then there will be individuals that will indulge in the hunt (meaning open criticizers). I'm sorry, but Mr. Marcus Rogers did create the open doorway, hopefully it will be a hard lesson learned. ‘Nuff said!

I'm with you on this one. I can count on one hand how many times I've said "God told me", and I'm almost 60 years old! So many people, and especially preachers and so called spiritual leaders, act as if God speaks to them all day, everyday.

I’m called to tell you, Marcus, look at the comments within your video - you like controversy, no matter how much you deny it. You seek some sense of “fame”, and you try to fill a void only God himself can fill. There is no such thing as fame in the Kingdom of God - that mess is a worldly mindset and very temporal. RU-vid fame, at best, is a complete farce and joke. Look at your comment section - does this build up the church? Does it cause honor towards the very foundation God built through the sacrifice of His own son, Jesus Christ? Do you HONESTLY believe that Jesus would make a video “warning” people about talking about Him? That the apostle Paul would? Why find the need to point to any other videos about you or warn people to “touch not the anointed” in the guise of humility? Why not simply let the scriptures speak for themselves, and let God handle what HE sees fit? Isn’t that the essence of faith - to give God complete control, and stand firmly on the rock (Jesus)?
