8:00....we always run Power Service or similar in all our stuff. I'm not sure the stations blend anything in like you mentioned or even at the loading racks. In all my life I've only seen one tanker truck dump a 5 of something down the hole before hooking up the hose. I asked what it was and he point blank said, I'm not sure. They give it to us at the rack.
