I very much appreciate your videos. I did the fast last year but prepared a week before which really helped. So It wasn't so difficult. I tried to prepare this year and it was like I was starving EVERDAY EVERY MINUTE before the fast! So I was a little worried. I started the fast the 3rd. I didn't have money to go buy groceries unless I put it on a cc. It just didn't seem right to charge groceries (especially if one of my prayers was about budgeting), So I asked God to provide the money so I could buy groceries. But I was determined to do this fast. All I had were potatoes, whole wheat pasta, and some fruit. If that was all I ate until I got paid or even the entire fast, I knew God would sustain me. BAM! An hour later I get an email I got my stimulus check!! God ALWAYS PROVIDES! Im already seeing God answer prayer!! I haven't had time to get groceries but its not as important. The REASON for the fast IS what is important.... closer to my Lord and everyone im praying for!!! AMEN! Im getting groceries tonight and can't wait to try your recipes! 1st thing im making is your tomato sauce w Italian seasoning for my pasta (spaghetti!)!! God always provides!!! 💙 Thank you!
Btw...God has curved my hunger these past 3 days! Another answered prayer that I was asking for! Imagine what he will do with all my prayer requests!! There's going to be a great harvest!!
@@lisastephens2331 Won't He do it though? As long as I'm communing with God, I know I'm in right standing. Think about some of the people with health issues that can't do the fast. God still hears and answers them even if they can't refrain from certain things.
@@TheBarePantryShow i first made the tomato so that any flavors will be in the vegetable broth. I made the vegetable broth but I'm eating the veggies that came out and put some Mexican seasoning. Mmmmmm!!! Later im gonna try to use some of the veggies in my food processor with more tomatoes to try to make sorta a V8.
@@TheBarePantryShow welllll these ppl that can't do the fast...ask yourself what are ppl REALLY abstaining from? Fast food (high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes), sugar (diabetes), meat in moderation (cholesterol, heart disease). Tell me how it might hurt so I can be more compassionate. Since you don't know me, i may sound rude or without compassion but I'm not. I really am a compassionate person....I want to understand. I am a servant of God who wants to be more compassionate. 💙

I searched up Daniel 10:2 - 3 and it said something else 2 In those days I Daniel was mourning three full weeks. 3 I ate no pleasant bread, neither came flesh nor wine in my mouth, neither did I anoint myself at all, till three whole weeks were fulfilled.
‘Most’ Christian’s are starting the Daniel fast???! #fakemews. I’m definitely interested in doing it myself which is why I’m here but that’s definitely not an accurate statement
