Hi Friends, today we are painting a landscape in a loose style at dawn. This painting is all about paintig the light and atmosphere. The process consistes of tree steps: the first wash is the sky and the water; the second wash includes the background trees and the reflection. I dry this and then I paint the focal area - the fisherman, the boat and the grass in the foreground. To finish this off I use a little of white opaque watercolor for lost highlights.
