Ways of Working: Part 7: How we manage and maintain our owned assets 

Part of CMLC’s15-year anniversary celebrations, Ways of Working is an in-person story series that takes viewers inside the organization to learn first-hand from its team members what makes CMLC tick and why its downtown redevelopment efforts have been so successful.

In this seventh video in our Ways of Working series, join Mark and Colleen as they share how CMLC manages and maintains several owned assets, including our historic properties and our public spaces, like St.Patrick’s Island, the East Village dog park, and Jack & Jean Leslie RiverWalk, to name a few.
The Development team is also active in the community every week ensuring our public realm and public spaces are ready to enjoy and our dedicated maintenance team works daily to keep the neighbourhood clean and vibrant. It’s just another way CMLC takes care of the bigger picture by cultivating health and vitality.
