We went to Uwharrie with a few friends and were able to get to the top of Daniel and Dickey Bell trail without breaking anything this go around!
If you've never been to Uwharrie National Forest I highly recommend it. There's a little bit for everyone there, mild to wild OHV trails, hiking, and trailside camping.
