Basting recipe
• 2 tbspn fish sauce
• 1tsp sugar
• 1 chopped chilli (optional)
• Generously brush on the steak before reverse searing it.

Yeah there were lots of little bait fish in the nets when we caught the cherabin, so the birds had a feast on the dead ones

Phew! I was afraid I was the only veggie that watches this show. I even pre-ordered Harry’s book. I’m the only veggie in my house and I do most of the cooking. Can’t wait for the book to get to the US. It’s just in time for camping season here.
