I can do a similar-ish move with foam balls indoors but haven’t yet been able to do it at the range. This swing is exactly the model I’m working towards!! Buttery transition
He goes forward even. Not 7 inches back like the other guy. I really don't like guys going for these changes. I hope they incorporate elements but don't lose their natural movement for their body type.
