Just curious. Are you tracking CO2 build up or are you just measuring fresh air exchange? One thing that I found is that even FAE is critical. It happens to me having a spot in the grow room that has a CO2 build up. Great biological efeciency! Keep up the good work!

Try different strains of oyster, u trying to solve issues which u might not have at all with other strains of oyster mushroom. Not all strains of oysters are so sensitive to Co2, flow and light related issues. These white commercial strains which are close to florida oyster always calls for trouble :)
