Day 7 was our final full day onboard P&O Azura and we visited our last port, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. This was an overnight stay and we got to experience the Carnival which is the 2nd biggest in the world. During the day we went ashore and visited the main shopping street as well as Parque García Sanabria. Our disembarkation was superbly organised by P&O and Jet2.

P&O Azura was launched in April 2010 and is a part of the "Grand-class" of ships in P&O Cruises' fleet. It has a passenger capacity of around 3,100 guests, and it offers a variety of cabin types, including inside cabins, outside cabins, balconies, and suites. The ship's design emphasises a relaxed and modern cruising experience, catering to a range of travellers, from families to couples.

We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked.
Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
We have created a list of our cruise essentials. These are items we take with us when we travel and we hope they may be useful to you. We have also added a Wine list which contains some of the wines we have tried whilst cruising.

Thanks both of you, I just love to experience your holidays, you are very kind to take us all along with you...That was a very quick cruise, not much time to relax... I do think from watching this that it is a bit more relaxing driving down to Southampton, and straight onto the ship...It is a shame that no flights seem to go from Bristol or Cardiff to anywhere we want to go, both are near us, as they are for you both...

What a lovely cruise ship. Tenerife is our favourite place to holiday , heading there in 2 wks time to Las Americas. Love cruising to tho , something special about a cruise. July was our last one. Another great series of vlogs guys, we have not been to Tenerife for about 35 years but we have just booked Cunards new ship Queen Anne for a christmas cruise 2024 around the canaries so I will watch all these vlogs again next year before we go.

I really love the part of Tenerife that P&O docks at - it feels SO much more 'real' than the South of the Island, which was the only part I'd ever been to before. Have really enjoyed these episodes Guys!

Thank you for watching! Overall we had a great cruise. We will sum it all up in our final review of Azura. It is very different to Arvia much more traditional cruise experience. We will be back on a P&O ship from Southampton in the next few months.
