The only things I know about Hazy Maze Cave: 1, I cannot have a Scuttlebug jamboree. 2, Building up speed for 12 hours to dimensionize myself to the Watch for Rolling Rocks star.

That stream was so fun to watch, and so was this video! Top level speedrunning is great, but this definitely proves that casual speedrunning can be entertaining too!

I think speedruns and challenge runs are one of the coolest aspect of games, stuff like this keeps games alive for decades.

If anyone has ever had the thought of "I am not good enough to be a speedrunner" Keep in mind that you are not competing against world record runners. You are competing against your previous time. You going from 10,000th place to 9,995th is just a nice little reward. If you want a place to start i recommend playing a game you beat casually and see if you can beat it in less time. Did it take you 3 days to beat? Try beating it in 1 day now that you know where the locations are. You don't even need all the fancy timers or splits. Just have fun
