Congratulations. As a long-time Labor & Deliery Nurse, whenever I hear that someone is having lots of morning sickness after miscarriages, I know things are looking good. Morning sickness means there is a lot of pregnancy hormones to help the pregnancy. And knowing your sense of smell is increased makes me smile as that means your pregnancy hormones are working. Sounds like you guys are a good team. When one is on the couch, the other is doing 101 things. 🙂

Haha, we can tell a story that we call the "fork drama" - I forgot to take a fork to a picnic to eat my salad, and I lost my mind completely as I was pregnant 😂 my boyfriend says he was like "ok, I need to stay calm, it's her hormones..." we can totally resonate with your story^^ Enjoy your time, and from whatever people tell you - pick out what you want and need and forget the rest. As a young couple, who strives, alone, in a forest cabin, I wish ALL the best. Relax, stay hopeful. Laugh whenever you can, cry when needed. Everything you are feeling is completely normal. The best is yet to come, think about the chance you will have when you'll be able to listen, feel, touch your little one 🧡🧡💛💛💙💙. I will comment some more on Christine's channel. I was super-sensitive to smells also, very hard time cooking but there was no one else, glad you had the opportunity to go home! My first child was my third pregnancy. It is not so painful to think of now(my children are 24- 33) but yes, so hard then. I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU!

Oh, I was so sick with my last, my only girl - there is a theory that as a woman it's harder to have the girls, double dose of female hormones is too much! But of course there are just as many women sick with their boys. lol

Congratulations! I have also been starting to follow Christine. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy, if you have lived through miscarriages, and very hard miscarriages, you hold your breath until you can get to the safe point in your pregnancy that you can be joyous and share in the joy with others. I am sure Christine can start to enjoy her nesting phase. I wish you joy in all the next phases of this pregnancy and the expectancy of this new person, but also the joy that all the family having children so close to yours is so special.

I have had miscarriages as well, and it's horrendous. And then when you get pregnant again it's so worrying and you cant relax. I am 22 weeks now and first now I am finally thinking that this might work. You have gotten so far now, so the chances of things working out at this stage is very high! :D

I cried when I had been looking forward to pancakes and went out for breakfast... they had just closed the kitchen and they told me I could not have pancakes. OMG! You guys are cracking me up! The first trimester being so sick. When I was first pregnant I would prepare mine and my husband's meal, make the table so pretty, then sit down to eat and have to hold my head in my hands the whole time and just couldn't eat thinking I was about to throw up. I am guessing a boy!

So happy for you! I had a miscarege and after that, when i've got pregnant, i refused to buy clothes or anything related to the baby. I was so affraid to loose my little girl. She is 6 years old now, and we are moving from Brazil to Kiruna, Sweden, next month.😊

I am so glad for you! 🌈🤞 I have lost 5 (due to a chromosomal abnormality) and now we are 14 weeks and everything is looking good! So I get how you feel I think. Still feels unreal and I still have a hard time believing we are going to actually have a baby. Miscarriages have taken away a lot of joy out of being pregnant. We will also find out the gender this week. I hope it becomes more 'real' then. Good luck in the 2e half of your pregnancy! 😊

Congratulations! I had the same problem….it was devastating……3 times! THEN……..it happened……i had my son 29 years ago! He is awesome Finishing dental school…..good looking….good heart ……6 foot 7…….everything every healthy baby should be! Strong, healthy, smart……THIS IS YOU! Everything will be fine……my doctor at Stanford University in CA years ago……..said this is actually very common….people just dont talk about it! Congratulations!
