I've historically been awful about balancing bike riding with any kind of strength or flexibility work, but I've committed to do 1x of these per hour of trainer riding this winter (in N MN, late October qualifies) and so far it's working; thank you.

How would you do this 4 week course? Do each week video a ew times then keep doing week 4 a few times a week? or just keep doing it week by week a coupe of times each per week?

I try to do body work as much as I can, but this is built around once a week which is sort of the minimum

@@MrHcharles If you are training a lot use these vids 1-2 times a week. If you are taking time off the bike or training light try 3-5 times a week. Week one is a lot easier than week four so if you want to fit in core work when you've been working hard you can always stick to the easier weeks, to not over work yourself but keep your muscles balanced.

The first week is a little shorter and easier... give that one a try, then come back to further weeks. Each week is a little more intense. Good luck!
