Love seeing the hardwork being put in! Just wondering what kind of split are you on? The weights are pretty heavy so I assume you have to get more recovery than most.

Hey dude, up until recently I was on a 6 day split but as I got stronger my recovery started to reduce. At present I’m training push pull legs I’m currently training on a day and off a day. I’ll cycle my carbs as well abd a have a high carb day. My recovery is pretty good again. Thanks for checking out the channel 💪
