I just want to say I have spent the last 3 weeks watching all 69 of your truck driving videos. To advise others, when you go to Raul’s RU-vid page, click on VIDEOS and then select DATE ADDED (OLDEST) and this will put them all in order from the earliest first. Thank you Raul for excellent contents and sometimes funny humour. Keep them coming and will continue to watch.
As usual, flawless planning for that reverse into a yard which really wasn't designed for the size of trailer you're hauling round. Love your videos, Raul. Ps, I know you love Tennents Lager but, if you can, try Keo Beer (Brewed in Cyprus). Even though I'm Scottish, I reckon Keo tastes so much smoother than Tennents)
Hello Raul I have some questions for you 1, How do you know which pallets are for which stores. Do they mark them ? 2, If you are doing multi drops, does it matter if you unload the bottom deck first, will the trailer not be too heavy ? Do they want you to unload bottom deck first or top deck first ? How do they load it.
no problem yes all the pallets have labels on them. usually they are loaded is such a manner that if you have 2 stores, you will have pallets up and down aswell for both stores, so you will never have to run with a top heavy deck. and usually they put light stuff at the top, and heavy at the bottom. i never had to run with pallets only at the top. they are considerate about this. another problem will be if you have a moving deck as you will see in the next video :) hope it makes sense :)
Great VLOG again Raul. York is a lovely place, the original and best York in the whole world! I tramped there one night and had a good look around. Are you still going on strike when IR35 comes into effect?
@@Raul689 Yes, the night trunks are. Out of Bedford down to Avonmouth (AH of a yard) or to Speke (nice Polish woman in transport and decent American bloke on the gate).
@@Raul689 100% only been doing the job 2 weeks easy only downside is your waiting 2 of 3 hours of waiting for a trailer but you get paid by the hour 😂😂
I’m just getting started as a class 2, 8 weeks at it now and I get loads of old rubbish in the trailer. I’m unsure whether to just buy a yard brush and sweep it out myself or am I just doing someone else’s work for them? The other option I thought of was a mini leaf blower which would make it quick and easy What do you think?
