My weekly grocery haul from Aldi, my meals planned for the week ahead and quick, easy meal prep to keep me on track.
Meal prep this week for lunches was jacket potato’s with different topping: beans, cheese, tuna , coleslaw, chilli etc with salad
Chilli con carne which can be served with chips, rice, jacket potato, tortilla chips etc

500g lean steak mince less than 5% fat
1 onion
2 peppers
Tin of chopped tomatoes with mixed herbs
Tin of mixed taco beans in tomato sauce
Stock used:
1 knower beef stock pot
1 beef oxo cube
1 beef stock cube
Mixed with 0.5 litre of water
Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings used:
Salt, pepper
Garlic granules
Onion salt
Chilli flakes
Garlic and herb
Cumin powder
Cayenne chilli pepper
