Weekly grocery haul/meal plan and my weekly high protein meal prep in a calorie deficit.
This video was recorded a few weeks ago which is why the dates are not recent I’ve had a break from RU-vid but I’m back with my regular uploads which will be every Sunday afternoon so make sure the notification bell is on :)
Chicken Caesar pasta salad
Recipe serves 4 - 440 cals/31.6g protein/ 22.2g fat/50.3g carbs
Chicken breast 400g
250g pasta dried weight
1 romaine lettuce
200g cherry tomatoes
1tsp smoked paprika
1tspgarlic & onion granules
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients for the Caesar dressing:
6tbsp light mayonnaise
1tsp anchovy paste
1tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1 lemon juice
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp red wine vinegar
30g Parmesan/feta cheese
Pepper
Thai green curry served with 150g cooked rice or 1 nest egg noodles
Recipe serves 4- 696 cals/47g protein/16.6g fat/92.6g carbs
2tbsp Thai green curry paste
500g chicken breast
Tin of light coconut milk
2 peppers sliced
200g green beans
1 shallot
150ml chicken stock
1 fresh chilli
1tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
10g fresh ginger or paste
Small bunch of fresh coriander
I served mine with 1 nest of medium egg noodles.
