I don’t follow this diet😀 I follow my own diet and that is I take 1 warm water with nimbu in morning before gym. After coming to gym I take green tea with walnuts and almonds. Then I eat 1 big apple at 12 o clock as my lunch. Then I take my mandatory milk tea without sugar at 4 pm. Because I need one cup tea in a day. Then I take my dinner at 6-7 pm (make sure Your dinner should be done before 7-8 max.) as 1 oats aata roti and “ghar ki sabji like ghiya or any daal jo mummy bnade” 😝 with salad 🥗. After 30-45 mins I take green tea and before bed I take warm water with nimbu. I was 67.5 kg on 25 july and now I am 64.5 kg on 07 august. But I am following this plan from last 3 days. Before this plan I eat three times in a day which is really not helpful that much. I wish I lost 1 kg more tomorrow 😞 I want to be 55kg. And yes 1 thing I can’t eat in every two hours.- “yaar itna free nahi hu, Naa har 2 ghante me khaana khau itna paisa udhana hai” 🤭 This is my diet just sharing this U can follow whichever u want.
