A New Year make you sit back and reflect on the previous year! @@TheChristopherFam I eat keto mostly I even tried a 3 day water fast.I also did the 3 day cabbage soup diet twice weightlifting mixed a 30 minute walk 3 to 4 times a week.

I’ve been led into fasting for health reasons, not weight loss. Though I need that too. I will say rolling fast are a great concept. And I’ve decided to incorporate 36 hour rolling fast into my regimen. I feel like that’s the most doable. I’ve fasted 72 hours but shorter durations, I can do more consistently. Thanks for sharing!!

50 pounds is amazing! pack a suitcase of things around that weight, and carry it around the house.. it's quite a lot, isn't it ? and you lost that!! congratulations to you! its a marathon, not a sprint and the biggest acheivement as you said was not starting but continuing your plan. really happy for you!

Hello! I have a quick question about rolling 72s… so is the formula: 72 hr fast 6 hr feed 72 hr fast

With rolling fast you have to think of the beginning of your feed window as the start and finish otherwise you feed window will continue to be pushed. For example my feed window was 6 to 8 pm. So if I ate on Sunday at 6pm I wouldn't eat again until Wednesday at 6pm. If you count the window you be eating at 8pm then the next time 10pm then the next time 12pm etc. So don't count the window but do keep rolling! 😀😀😀 Hopefully that helps.
