Hi,may i give some Asian tips to lose weight as im Asian myself. Before meal, drink 1 glass of water (preferably lemon water).after that, drink one bowl of soup. Then eat fruits like watermelon etc but avoid sweet fruits like mango, grapes etc..eat a plate of fruit..then only you eat your main course ie chicken, meat etc..but avoid rice/carb..if you still want to eat carb, take no more than 3 spoonfuls. Eat your greens as well. Avoid fried food....you will realize that by the time you get to your main course, u are almost full already.. dont drink while eating. After about 30minutes, drink hot green tea to wash away oil in your body..but dont drink directly after eating coz ypu must let your body to absorb the nutrients from your food... After eating, you must walk for at about 10-15minutes.. no sitting down, no sleeping directly after eating..you must also detox your body..to cleanse ypur colon..dont eat heavy breakfast coz it will automatically make u put on weight. Also, take dinner not later than 7pm..no soda etc whatsoever..there arw more tips but i rjink this is enough for now.

@@Quilt4Joy You r welcome...and dont forget to take probiotics as well..Asians are big on this..we take it in the form of food (kimchi, yogurt, pickles, salad etc), drinks, powder or capsule. If you dont eat much greens, you can take both prebiotics n probiotics capsules..this will help in your digestion n make your skin glowing..dont forget to drink 3litres of water n sleep early (preferrably at 9pm n wake up early before sunrise. Good luck n have fun in the process 😊💪

@@catherinearmistead826 You r welcome...i hope u dont skip the probiotics...it will not only make your skin glowing, your belly pooch will be gone n the best part is, it will diminish your wrinkles...as for your ultimate beauty tip, it has been passed.down for thousand of years that you must not get angry...we have a saying that anger will age you faster..that's why you can see beautiful women in Asia looking so calm coz they have mastered this issue...if ypu feel angry, just take some deep breaths n take it easy...you will achieve that eternal beauty look God willing.

Doing 75 hard, even modified, is very tough--so awesome job to the both of you! 💪😊 Also, I love how much you both support each other; it's so precious! I really need to look into this habit stacking, I've got my diet down but I am not doing so great on the exercise part 😓 Awesome work and best wishes 💕

hi, new to watching your channel. some people say there's a real benefit to just being outdoors, especially first thing in the morning. It's supposed to help with circadian rythm. So, maybe you could add a little thing like 10 minutes sitting outside reading your book into your wellbeing cycle, with whatever your morning drink of choice is.

Yes, the progress is visible!! Way to go 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾!!! I also am thankful for you and your virtual support (yes, you have become a friend in my head ). I have recently run into 3 people I know who have lost significant amounts of weight. I felt like I was failing as my weight loss had been quite slow, including falling off the wagon a time or 2. Then I see your videos and get on my walking pad.

Still you it but it's more of a warm up/cool down tool for me..But I love it!

Probably for the best that you stuck to cardio, it's easy to injure yourself weight lifting, especially when doing 75 hard, slow steady and spread out weight lifting is much better and more sustainable
