These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

Thank you for getting me going again, after a long period of caring which is still ongoing I’d lost a lot of fitness and the pounds were piling on. I wasn’t able to go back to my weights and running routine and at 57 I’m not sure it was working anyway. But this is much easier on my knees and back, doable at home and I am so far sticking to it and starting to feel a bit more positive. 😊

I loved this 20min walk, it went so quick and i did work up a sweat. My problem at the moment though is being consistent with my daily exercises...with all the aches and pains i feel as a result of my current job (which ends this weekend 😊) i'm finding exercising very painful - i'm 63 and feeling at a loss of how to get back to what i used to be able to do and how i felt about my body 😢.

Depends how fit your are. Usually just once a day - then I would do a stomach or arms workout after if you have the energy! xx

@@lisac8735 I will have to exercise in the garden... in the shade in the cold.... unfortunately some of us just have to fling the hoover round and are dripping. I want to exercise but the sweating off putting. I know its necessary but its horrible

When I first started exercising my trainer said that sweating turns back the clock and makes you younger. It stuck with me. I sweat ALOT. I bring a towel. I always wear a headband to hold back my hair. But it is worth it.

Sweating means you're burning excess fats and sugar Your sweat proves that the exercises are effective Just use towel and keep hydrated 🤗
