I am happy to say this it's been one year since I started doing yoga.. and yes it's through your channel and i remember this doha which u said and realising it on this day I had very many complications- snoring, pcos ,obese ,lost my self confidence and through yoga yeah I got all back I was 65 kgs then and now 50 and super flexible.. thank you so much❤❤✨✨
@@anjali_bakliwal yeah, both diet and yoga helped me . I started with awakening, evolution series and completed the whole. It's just each day u have to do a 40 minz yoga, eat healthy. In 3 months you will feel the change

This is the best yoga that I have come across on the internet. Well I do enjoy the other ones I don't ever feel like I get a full workout. These are thorough and effective workouts. Everything is explained beautifully and I just can't say enough good things
Mam I restarted my yoga class after a week I went to darshan of temple I was unable to do there so I thought I would do wen I reach home . Wen I reached home I got lazy for atleast 3days today I started again tq for encouraging me ... 🎊🎉

Hello preeti...i have been doing regular exercises for many years now...found your channel a month back and LOVED it and have been doing yoga since and no other exercises.....since i have a lot of stamina and find some routines less challenging...can i combine two practices like do one after the other
Hello. I have been doing these 3 videos of urs for past 2 weeks and it feels empty if i.dont on any particular day. each time i do, i sweat a lot. Is that normal? coz i thought body gets used to the poses n not sweat much. Also I noticed that, my body hurts badly on days when i dont do these videos of urs. but not days i do i feel at ease. Is that normal too?... besides, i thank you for uploading such amazing videos
Just finished rhe 3rd of these series...and could do well except a chaturnga dandasana ...i have reached upto' gal pushups "...hope to get this one too.please tell me how often to practise these ..like can u give a time table ..i am looking into other series of yours , too....so getting confused.....thanks for such an excellent and lucid format ....and you got a sexxy voice too ...love❤️
@@star-stars yes progressed on chaturang dandasna ...can sustain it for 15secs .... Bakasna and head stand on way .I have started with Hath yoga and is on second day ....thank you for amazing series
I am loosing inches and waist is 28...and good gradual weight loss.though iam 49kg and dont want weight loss but muscle building now...iam already doing more holding ...can u suggest me anything else
