Abhi wt karake ayi hu96.3 tha ab94.5 hua hai 10 days me now i am happy madam bahot bahot sukriya diet me thoda १९ -२० hua tha apko bataya tha roza nahi karathi hu sabko sub banake khilati hu kabab biryani bhahot cheeje banathi hai Eftari me per control karathi hu again thanks apko 😊😊😊

Mene do din bad start kiya tha aaj mere 9th day he low hemoglobin ki wajah se exercise walk mujhse nahi hua Nonveg mene add kiya tha meri diet me aur finally Mera weight 80kg se 78kg hogaya Feeling happy happy aur tumhari diet se pehle jaise thak bhi nahi rehti mujhe ab me dhire dhire exercise bhi start karungi Thank u so much mene bohat video dekhe but itna easy and low cost and pet aur man dono full rakhne wala ye pehla video tha me ise hamesha follow kar sakti hu

Hm g bilkul but calories ka dhyan rkhna 100 gm paneer m 265 calories and 20 gm protein h jbki soya chunks one serving 40 gm hoti h jisme calories 140 and protein 20 gm hoti h

Wow!!!2 kgs lost in only 10 days and that too with night shifts!!!bahut badia👍👍💪👌btw u mentioned 50 gms of paneer in dinner but calculated 100 gms.koi baat nahi ho jata hai kabhi kabhi😅. U r doing great !!!!thank you for helping all of us❤❤

16 hrs kbhi bhi kr skte jo time apko comfortable ho jese ki sham k 7 se mrng k 11 bje tk or 8 hrs kha skte h 11 am to 7pm . Apki choice h 16 hrs jyada lg rhe to km se bhi start kr skte h

Di me bilkul aapke jese he follow kar rahe hu aj Mera day 5 h but aj mene same follow nahi Kiya brekfast mi beetroot paneer stuffed ek roti chatni ke sath liya or lunch mi chana sprout with cucumber aur dinner mein overnight oats khane wali hun esa kar sakte h kya main apna dinner 7:00 se pahle finish kar leti hun aur subah morning mein 10:00 fast open Karti hun
