Hello! I am so happy to finally share with you guys my favorite ab workout of all times! I’ve always had trouble losing lower belly fat and adding weights to my ab workout has changed the game for me. I burned off a handful of lower belly fat in just a week and lost 3lbs (I really never thought I could burn it off). Just imagine how effective it can be if this is done every single day. Remember, this workout is to strengthen your core and build muscle. And as you gain more muscle mass, your body will burn fat a lot more quickly.
ALSO, what works for others may not work for you and what works for you may not work for others! Our bodies are ALL SO DIFFERENT so find what works best for you. I plan to come out with more weighted ab workouts so stay tuned~

I’m a very big girl and I don’t know what inspired me to try this at 1am but I got right up out of bed, grabbed my weights and stumbled along with you to the very end, so thanks for that inspiration! My plan is to do this every day until I’m back to feeling good and also until I’m the one who looks fine as wine after this breakup! My abs are sore, my legs and thighs are screaming at me, but I feel FIRED up and I am loving it 🔥

to make the russian twists work even more, keep your arms like glued to your body while doing them, it's definitely harder but helps isolate the muscles more

Elizabeth Chu i have been doing this for a week now and i can totally see a change in my body ! (i’ve been doing this workout plus 20 minutes cardio) my lower belly has totally lost some fat and i never thought that i could since it was so stubborn

RESULTS: So I’ve done a lot of home workouts in the past year and this is most definitely my favourite. I got results very quickly and after two weeks my stomach was flatter than it’s ever been, I lost inches off my waist and I was already starting to tone!! I’ve done this for a month now (between 4-7 days of the week) and I’ve never been more happy with my body. Measurements: Waist = 27 inches to 25 inches Stomach = 31 inches to 28 inches

@@jondevadas5762 I did this along with another 5 min workout daily, and I didn't change my diet. But I do stick to a plant based diet that is more on the healthier side. However, I do still eat "junk food" here and there and had no problem toning up with this workout. 10/10 recommend this one! :)

DOING THIS WORKOUT FOR 1 WEEK i’m not judging my self of weight bc muscle weighs more then fat so i’ve measured my self and here are my measurements waist : 30 inches lower belly : 31 inches top half : 29 inches day 1 🔥 : this really burnt and i feel good after i did this day 2 🔥 : my stomach was still sore from yesterday but i pushed myself and managed to get through it day 3 🔥 : i’m starting to see a little bit of an definition and can definitely feel the burn when doing the workouy day 4 🔥 : when i feel my belly i can feel how much fat i’ve burnt off so far and all i can say is this is definitely working for me so far !! day 5 🔥 : i still have fat on my stomach but im starting to see some definition day 6 🔥 : really didn’t feel very motivated today but i pushed through and each day i’m starting to notice a difference day 7 🔥 : today was the hardest day for me but i pushed through and this has definitely changed my whole ab area and i will be carrying on with the workout but for now here are my 1 week results measurements after ------------- waist : 28 inches lower belly : 30 inches top half : 28 inches BARE IN MIND THIS WAS ONLY 1 WEEK !!

(this is not hate, just trying to educate!) i just want to inform you guys that you cannot target specific fat on your body! doing this ab workout will definitely benefit you but all it is going to do is build muscle. in order to burn fat you need to be doing cardio. i recommend high intensity interval training (HIIT) because it targets fat and allows you to not burn away muscle. i personally consider this to be the best type of cardio workout because it has so many benefits! be very careful though considering HIIT is an intense workout, only do it at most 3 days a week with rest days in between. also if you are a complete beginner to working out make sure you start of slow with this and always make sure to stretch beforehand to prevent injury! i recommend researching further if you are interested!

@@789raiden yes! so many people think that you can achieve a tone stomach, six pack, big butt etc. in a couple weeks when in reality this stuff takes a lot of time and commitment. another factor is food intake and it’s also something that you can’t just stop doing once you see results. it bothers me so much i’ve been weight lifting for a couple years now and i’m still learning

Flishi While I completely agree with everything you and the other person said.. I’d like to add that I don’t usually say anything to people like that because at least they’re exercising. There’s a lot of people who wouldn’t even try otherwise and I’d rather people be healthy and workout then not at all. Because no matter what, this video is giving them motivation. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Doing cardio *isn’t* the only way to lose fat. Lifting weights is another effective way to lose fat.

Heck, I work out with weights and do cardio 1.5 hours every day with a 2 hour active recovery day and get 8k steps on top of that and I still gots fat over my belly. Diet is more important overall...also your genes. I have literally burnt off all fat on my body, even boobs, and I still have belly fat and will probably never see abs unless I also include an even sricter diet. These workouts are good for beginners, but don't be fooled that it will solve your problems if you don't clean up your diet or you have genes that like the fat on your belly.

This is literally the best and most effective workout for me ever. I’ve tried so many and never really saw results or could stay resistant but this is the only one so far that really defined my abs after 5 days 😍😍 I love love love it !!

You can always use the other kind of weights that are binding around legs with velcro and are safer to use.

As a disabled person I just wanted to give you a shout out! There are not many exercises I can do with my cerebral palsy because they often call for too heavy of weights or put too much stress on my hips and knees, put this was perfect! I’m working up to being able to do a full side plank, but I’ll get there! Thank you!!

I want to do this for like a week so wish me luck:) Waist: 62cm Lower belly: 64cm Day 1: ✅ okay so I use 3kg weights and HOLY S*** THAT BURNS?! But it wasn’t that bad^^ Day 2: ✅ it was as hard as yesterday so nothing changed 😅 I’m exhausted af because I did it at 11pm... Day 3: ✅ it’s still hard af... everything hurts 🙂 Day 4: ✅ I wasn’t feeling so good today so I was shaking the whole time and it felt harder than the last time... Day 5: ✅ if you think it gets easier I‘m sorry it doesn’t 🙂 my whole ab area is burning... Day 6: ✅ it was okay... maybe it isn’t that hard when I do it in the morning... Day 7: ✅ it was okay again! I decided to do 1 more day and I’ll share my results tomorrow:) Day 8: ✅ I think it actually got easier because today was completely different than the last day:) Results: Waist: around 60.5cm Lower belly: I think 63cm All in all: I think it was a great working and an think my ab area is a bit more toned now but my belly was actually pretty flat and a bit muscular before so not THAT much changed but I could feel the burn inky ab area every single time I did this workout so if you are planning to lose weight on your stomach that is the PERFECT workout for you! I enjoyed to do this for a week and maybe I’ll continue but school starts tomorrow so I don’t really think I have the time for it but we’ll see:) Thank you so much for all these likes and comments🥺✨

Guys when I say I got results! I GOT RESULTS. I did this workout probably 2 times in a week and saw results. I did it two times a week because I tend to bulk up fast but not with this workout. Life saver. Thank you Elizabeth.

Doing this and lilly's workouts along with some people! BEFORE MEASUREMENTS: 26.6 upper waist and 31.15 lower waist By the end, its not just the measurements but I want to be able to do the weighted in and outs! Day 1: The waited in and outs GOT ME!! I NEVER did them before and they just KILLED ME!!! Overall a good workout! (Btw I went jogging later on) Day 2: Done! Oh but the in and out weights still killed me! Day 3: Did it oh how my abs hardened but didnt see much difference fat loss wise (will remain patient though :) ) Day 4: I did lilly's only because I didnt have time sorry! But I still felt sore!! Day 5: I ran around the block before I did this work out but I COMPLETED it!! Omg I am feeling much more stronger and see some type of definition :))! And I am able to do the weighted in and outs!!!!! Hooray (but its still hard lol) Day 6: Did it and the weighted in and outs DID NOT get any easier but at least I can actually do a rep lol. Day 7: Srry I didnt update!, I see some definition but not that drastic.. However, I am getting stronger because I can handle doing to weighted in and outs.

I don’t why but your weighted ab video is the only one that hurts so much but still makes me happy. It’s the first time I did a weighted ab workout and I’m so happy I did yours. Usually I enjoy a workout because it doesn’t hurt much but this one totally killed me but still made me feel strong, motivated & kid like happy. I will update once I see a result ♥️ but so far the happiness it gives me is a good start already

I manage to finish this workout within 7 days . I DEFINITLY see results . I stArt off from 2lbs . Then the third day i start to switch to 5 lbs . And also i add the reps to 15 times each exercise. Loving my result right now . Cmon guys . The only way i can be this consistent is because i make to-do-list on my notes . It feels satisfied to check list them. GOODLUCK!

I decided to document this aauwhhs Waist - 26” Lower Belly - 31” day 1: didn’t burn that bad day 2: forget what i just said it burns like hell day 3: ahhh i forgot to update haha it burned even more than yesterday but i feel good :)) day 4: i was so busy I wasn’t able to work out :(( day 5: it burned like a bleep but i feel good :)) day 6: its still hard to do and burns so much but I am starting to see more definition on my upper abs..its not much but it is there day 7: the exercises were easier omg! day 8: i dont have trouble doing the exercises anymore and i can see even more definition on my abs. my waist also seems to be getting smaller! after 1 week: Waist - 25” Lower Belly - 30” definitely worth trying!!

@@urgirlhara errrr I’m not sure that I’d recommend it. It’s such a finicky piercing with a higher rejection rate. I’ve had mine for 6 months and it’s still healing (it typically takes a year). It gets upset pretty easily. I still keep it b/c I’d loooove to have a belly button piercing once it’s fully healed and I’ve come this far anyway. However, if I could go back in time, I’d tell myself not to get it b/c working out/stretching has been hard. Also, I can’t wear high-rise pants anymore

Good luck for your piercing! I got mine 4 years ago and I love it. You wont regret it in the long run, honestly! It looks great. But on the day I got it, it was quite sore. I got through it all ok but walked out the piercing studio like a pregnant lady. My navel skin is just thick, but it healed eventually. I used salt water and cotton wool to clean it daily - the secret to healing it.

I have LOW pain tolerance and it only hurts when something pumps into it , i’ve had it for almost a week now and i can already wear high rise jeans (still cant do ab exercises bc of my piercers instructions) and keep in mind like i said i have the lowest pain tolerance. Haven’t workout in months and gained 6kg. My body have changed so much in a short while. I used to get bored easily with workout videos. However this workout is always so enjoyable that I always come back to it! It feels like this workout really target the right muscles! Hope to burn off the belly fat accumulated with this workout!

this is one of the best workouts i ever did. I was just scrolling through RU-vid to find a workout and yt recommended this video. watch my progress. Day 1 : ✅ Felt so good. It’s my first time working out in couple of months. Can’t wait to workout the next day. Day2: ✅ i got distracted and didn’t workout for few days. But i ain’t gonna give up. Anyways it felt amazing, my body feels super active Day 3: ✅ it was absolutely amazing, few exercises was hard for me, but still managed to do it. Day 4: ✅ done wid the workout! I can feel that burn inside. Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ❌i was super tired after coming from school, so didn’t workout. Day7: ❌wasn’t motivated to workout. Day 8: ✅finished it

I’ve been doing daily 15 mins ab circuits for the past 6 months and trying this for the first time 2 days ago still killed me. Screeched my whole way through. However, on day 2 I BLAZED through my usual 15 min killer routine in 2/3 the time?! That was on top of adding this in before my usual workout! One day of adding weights helped me unlock some level uncap achievement 😂😂😂 after stagnating for the past 3 months, this was really what I needed, thank you! I already have ab definition from 6 months of daily core / home workouts so I can’t make a progress comment.... :( This is really so useful at building strength though 10/10 explosive increase in strength D1: could only do 8 sets of each D2: 12 -20 sets each in the amount of time allocated

Just found this video. I don't have much body fat but I do have a belly pooch and cellulite which I wish to get rid of. I am starting this workout and will be sharing the updates here, just to stay motivated 🙂 Day1: Waist 25 inch Lower belly 28 inch Day5: My thighs and core area are still sore from the exercise. Hopefully it will get easier. I am doing only 8 reps per exercise. No change in measurements yet. Day 14: Waist 25 inch Lower belly 27.5 inch🙂 Day 30: Waist 24.5 inch Lower belly 27 inch

I am actually going to finish this Day 1: it was quite challenging Day 2: still could barely do the up & downs and leg lifts. it already feels like it'll get more results than normal ab workouts Day 3: done Day 4: i switched to her weighted ab #2 & i like it better Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7:done RESULTS!!! my abs are def more toned, if you continue for 14 days u might get abs her weighted abs vid 2 (&maybe this) is the most efficient ab workout i've ever done !!!! i'll do this everyday even when school starts

okay so im (hopefully😅) gonna do this for a week like to motivate me 🥰💪 Waist: 72cm/28.34 inches Day 1: 👏it wasn't as hard as I expected it too be except for the exercise at 8:50 and 9:38 Day 2: 👏It was harder then yesterday bc my muscles are sore Day 3 👏it was easier then yesterday but still hard. I can feel that my core is already stronger. Not seeing any difference yet though. Day 4:👏 a did a Chloe ting full body workout before that's why I only could do 8 out of her workouts. Still not seeing much of a difference, but I feel so happy taking care of myself. i have holidays now so i'm going to do this every day for a week to see if something changes ♡ before: waist: 70,5 cm/27,7 inches hips: 90 cm/35,4 inches weight: 65,05 kg/143,4 lbs height: 1,68 m (I hope I wrote everything right as I don't use lbs and inches cause I live in Germany hahah) day 1: didn't expected that my abs would hurt like this but it is a good hurt haha day 2: was still hard and i made over 17.500 steps today (my weight after i woke up was 64.9 kg) day 3: definitely was easier than the last two days, made 11.200 steps today (my weight was 64.95 kg after waking up)

I started this Ab workout and I’m going to do it for 21 days. This is going to kick my booty but I’m ready for it! I’ll be done right before my birthday too! I’m excited! Day 1: ✅ I was breaking a lot in between each exercise but I was determined and finished strong! Day 2: ✅ Still taking breaks but not for long like I was on day 1. I felt good after I was done! Day 3: ✅ Just finished my workout. However, I did it at the end of the day and I noticed I was more lazy and prolonged doing it rather than when I do it in the morning and get it over with. So, I’m sticking to my workout routine for mornings! I was able to get through the exercises without breaking as much and it felt easier which surprised me. Day 4: I was feeling tired and sick from some food I had so I took day 4 off. Day 5: ✅ I doubled the reps to makeup for day 4. So I did 2 sets of 10 for each workout. I was a sweaty mess on my living room floor but it was worth it! Also, I don’t think I’m going to keep updating for every day lol so I’ll be back in day 10!

I've got a pretty strong core, so last week I decided to begin using weights, too. (I do this most days, as an additional video to my daily workouts. Not every day, though.) Here's how it's going: Day 1: Pretty fun! New, interesting type of ab workout to try! I used 5lb weights. Day 2: Was surprisingly already easier for me. I've been doing a lot of ab videos in a row, because it's so much harder for me to get sore lol. Used a 5lb weight again. Day 3: Since I've already become stronger, I decided to use an 8lb weight today! Challenging and funnn! Day 4: Used an 8lb weight again today. Still a challenge, but it's rlly enjoyable! I've noticed a difference in my abs since i began this workout! Day 5: 8lb weight as usual! I like doing this after "the meat" of the rest of my daily workout. Did weighted cardio today, so this felt like nothing! (thats a good thing)

Trying it! Day 1 crushed :D 8 kg weight and none for leg ups Day 2 done! This time with 3kg for the arm excercise. See already some definition but I have quite a bit of fat to cover it. Day 3 added 3kg weight for legs as well.

Okay so am gonna do this *luck me* coz am a lazy girl Waist: 74cm Lower belly: 84cm Day1☑️ it's a hard but *No Pain No Gain* and the leg raise am afraid to do with dumbbell so I have done without the dumbbel Day2 ☑️my body was in pain I can't move my arm property but still I have done it but I can't do the exceise property also..but I am feeling the burn in my abs area Day3❎ my ribs are in pain my arm are hell right now I can do anything properly so I take a rest but I will do better tomorrow. Day4☑️it's getting better and I can feel the burn in middle of the workout am impressed with this workout

lowkey first workout video that i think i can do. sometimes other workout vids looks scary and hard to do so i get discourage to do it but this looks doable for me.

im gonna put my progress in here so that I actually do it for a week. i doubt ill see progress since its only a week but wtvr. ill also try to eat a lil healthier and drink a lot of water! waist- 71cm weight-115.1lbs day 1- I've realized how bad I am at side planks day 2-my form was def better today and I also did a blogilates arm workout after this day 3-missed( i had a lot of hw and ill just do this for 8 days instead of 7) day 4- i was rlly bloated for some reason and felt so weak doing this :/ but I also biked 1 mile and walked more day 5- allllllll gooooood

i have a wedding to attend in December , which leaves me just 30 day to get back in shape , so i guess i know what i m going to do for the next 30 days my plan is to do this for 30 days with low sugar intake , i wont be measuring my weight , because a no. on the scale is seldom a representation of who i m and how i feel DAY 1 # :-👍 pretty easy , didn't have to stop in between and take a break , i didn't really sweat and that's fine , coz i did feel the burn, and i felt it more so after completing the workout than while doing it. DAY 2 #:- ❌I did HIIT today and about 60 squats , honestly i had no energy left to do these today, so i skipped them Day 3 # :-👍 it was pretty easy, again i didn't sweat that much , but i definitely felt the burn , also important to note is that i wasn't sore after doing it , which is good as it helps to get through your work painlessly DAY 4 #:-👍 IT IS CRAZY!, today was only the third time ever that i did this workout and i already see changes in my stomach , especially my lower abdomen area , i have lost so much fat from this area , it is actually crazy , tbh i didn't really have a bad canvas to begin with , so i guess that is the reason that i saw changes this early. also today for the first time i had to stop the video to take a breather, but that's alright. DAY 5 # :-👍 I didn't even realize how fast the workout got over, i definitely prefer this workout over the Chloe ting . I didn't take any breaks today , and i 100% see a difference , my bloating doesn't look as bad as it used to. DAY 6 #:- 👍I did the workout along with my younger sister today , and honestly, this has helped me with cardio as well since it strengthened my core , thus i am able to do cardio and HIIT without taking tonger breaks , which is good DAY 7 #:- 👍This workout video is kinda addictive, like i m obsessed with doing these , u dont have to wear shoes or a workout attire, u can do this in ur shorts or pajamas , which is good coz i m lazy af . DAY 8 #:- ❌ didnt do it today , i was sore from yesterday's HIIT. DAY 9 #:-👍 my lower belly fat and love handles have gone down so frickin much , like it's insane how much definition my abdomen has . ♠️10 reps has become very easy for me , so day 10 onwards ill be doing 15 reps , btw i m using a 3 pound dumbell, also i have lost 5 pounds so far , i dont really care that much about how much i've lost , but i m happy for the definition ♠️ DAY 10 #:- DAY 11 #:- DAY 12 #:- DAY 13 #:- DAY 14 #:-

I'm gonna try to do this everyday to see if something happens. Haven't been working out lately and thought I would try this out lol btw I'm only using 1kg of weights (a little more than 2 pounds) waist: 69cm ✅ day 1: i noticed that i'm a little weak, so i've been struggling a bit and somehow my abs are already a bit sore but I feel like it taught me how to engage my abs better (I see a little bit of muscle under my fat lmao) ✅ day 2: okay so i probably didn't do the workout right on day 1 because today I'M FEELING IT, IT BURNSSS but it's a good burn ✅ day 3: the side to side things and side crunches are killing mee, but I do feel like my stomach looks more defined after doing the workout day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: ------------------------- result:
