Hello! I am so happy to finally share with you guys my favorite ab workout of all times! I’ve always had trouble losing lower belly fat and adding weights to my ab workout has changed the game for me. I burned off a handful of lower belly fat in just a week and lost 3lbs (I really never thought I could burn it off). Just imagine how effective it can be if this is done every single day. Remember, this workout is to strengthen your core and build muscle. And as you gain more muscle mass, your body will burn fat a lot more quickly.
ALSO, what works for others may not work for you and what works for you may not work for others! Our bodies are ALL SO DIFFERENT so find what works best for you. I plan to come out with more weighted ab workouts so stay tuned~
