Torie, you are such a wonderful communicator, and I don't know if you know how much that means to your viewers. Many people struggling with depression or anxiety don't really understand what's going on with them, and many more of those who do still struggle to adequately express what they're feeling. To hear you share your experiences, thoughts, and feelings as though you're reading pages out of my brain is a joy for me; I feel understood, less alone, and more confident as I battle my own illnesses. Thank you for bringing up being excited for little things like we were as kids 5:40. These past couple years I though ‘that’ type of excitement only happened as a kid and I can’t have that anymore. Little did I know my dopamine levels were just low 😂

I have MDD and I’m on it for 2 months now, it was my choice to get more energy and clearly was a hit shut👌, but i feel something didn’t feel it with any other medication, something didn’t feel it since 2019!!! i feel like ((I AM!)) and just before a minute my friend told me that medicine helps you a lot with self confidence! Am so shocked in a good way!!!

I’m scared to increase my dose to 300 but from what you’re saying it’s worth it. I am just feeling stagnant. 150 is ok but I don’t feel any major changes so idk

Same. Same. Same! Lexapro for 11 days and it almost killed me 😭 on Wellbutrin now almost a month in and thinking I need to up it to 300 from 150

Any new updates now? It’s been about 3 months of 300xl. I’m just on the Wellbutrin which is ok except the increased anxiety. The only reason I have not wanted to switch is that so many other meds have caused way too much weight gain. So I’m interested to hear some updates again! Also I love your background the books are so beautiful!!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I was put on Welbutrin for my panic disorder and it changed my life. Quick question: Did you notice any side effects at 300mg? I'm currently back on 150mg (after going off of the meds for two years) and my doctor wants me to start doubling the dose for the first time next week. I'm just a little nervous about nausea and such. :/

I felt way better on 300mg. But if you have panic or anxiety issues it might make them worse because it amps you up. If your doctor is prescribing it though he must think it’s the best thing for you! I didn’t get any side effects at all from the higher dose. I did with 450 but not 300mg.

It actually didn’t with me. I gained about 20lbs when I was on it but I had a lot of other things going on at the same time that I think contributed. I’ve heard great things about the weight loss effects from it!

i got 10 days in and couldn't hang, wanted to die, couldn't think, form sentences, vestibular and neck issues, acid reflux, staring into oblivion paranoid, i know ppl say needs way more time but i couldn't make it to work. Pulse rate over 100, blood pressure raised, several bouts of tinnitus, i already have vestibular issues that cause dizzyness, had botox shots in my neck and nerve blocks for dizzyness and lots of stretching, been ok for a few months then wellbutrin stirred that stuff up again, crazy. Now i don't know what to do, been on lexapro for years. Anhedonia is my more recent issues.

Zoloft and Lexapro tanked it. After getting on Wellbutrin it went back up to my baseline I think. It may have increased it slightly but I think it’s pretty much where it was before depression and medications.

Hi! No I don’t think that’s normal. You might need a higher dose or a different medication. I’d definitely touch base with your doctor about it. Good luck!!

@@circusdu_soleil I've felt anger come up, I think it goes hand in hand with being able to feel other emotions, be excited and cry again...your anger gets less suppressed...I've just been learning how to deal with it healthily since I'm not really used to it

It actually took like 4 days. It kicked in faster than any of the other meds I had taken.

Please, be careful with this medication. It can cause arrhythmia. I had no heart issues before and now I do.

Loss I can’t eat more than around 800-900 calories per day now I have a metallic taste in my mouth so foods taste different I’ve lost a ton of weight and my weight was average now I’m getting really thin .
