I realize the goal here is to push intensity but nobody should take away that this is the correct way to do ghd sit ups. We are taught to flex knees down and straighten them on the way up. Obviously much slower to do it correctly. This was an amazing performance but form lacks big time with increasing intensity, most notably on the GHD’s. A competition should exist someday where form wins.
Fairly certain the standard CrossFit put out was sitting on the back end on the GHD and not the front end like Travis is. Too be fair I’ve done it both ways and the higher up you are it is way easier and less fatiguing
