I agree. She is a total narcissist. So full of herself. I do not watch any program she is hosting. Stopped years ago. Don’t care if she was giving things away free. She tries to be down to earth, but you just know it’s not real. Phony personified.

That pillow coat/robe/cardigan is hideous looking. I miss the old QVC, I used to have it on in the background all the time, too, but now I just can't stand it. Their quality isn't the same, the hosts are something else to be desired, and the shipping time is just ridiculous! I don't mean to talk bad about them but they definitely are not the same company they used to be.
Everything about QVC has gone downhill in my opinion. No longer "quality, value, convenience." I wish I knew if they're truly aware of how disgusted many of their customers are. (I read the comments. Do THEY????!) Pricing is ridiculous. Hosts are becoming more and more annoying, and they can't even bother to enclose paperwork anymore? I find HSN better overall.
Price going up quality going down. The new host are so annoying. They don't even send paperwork with the shipped items anymore. You have to print them out and some of us don't have printers. So you call and they still don't send return labels. Took three calls to get a return label.
QVC is horrible. Their prices are ridiculous. I don't know who in the world is paying those kind of prices. If you find something that has a decent price, it will be rubbish. I can find just about anything you see on QVC somewhere else for a lot less. Every time I try to look at them, I get physically ill, just knowing how they treat people. If I were an employee of that company, I would be sweating bullets while looking elsewhere. They don't appreciate anyone. Not their customers and certainly not their employees. Disgusting!
That robe is embarrassing. I'd be interested to know how many they actually sold, and of those how many were returned. But I don't think that weird looking clothing is anything to QVC or HSN. I've seen a lot that I wouldn't have if the items were given to me. I wonder how much QVC's issue were caused by their massive warehouse fire in NC a couple of years ago. I rarely buy any clothing items from QVC or HSN. I look for practical items that I can verify are good deals by comparing the prices on Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc. As you mentioned, don't be in a hurry to get your item. The exception is the "get it by Christmas" offerings. Many feel that there are extra temporary employees to fulfill the orders.
QVC is going downhill fast. The powers to be are taking this shopping network the wrong way as far as items, quality and even service. The items like this are ridiculous and expensive. I looked at the models and it looked bad on them. My personal opinion is they are trying way to hard to be politically correct. I am not going to spend time on that but just watch the show and you will see.
Not happy with the q at all. Seems everything has changed. No return labels, shipping takes at least 2 weeks. Quality is a thing of the past. The worst I ordered a barefoot dreams cardigan. Got it and it was dirty, smelled, had picks on it. I had to pay to return. Done with the Q.
I miss the old QVC their are only a few hosts I watch most are over the top and full of themselves . The quality has gone down and the prices are ridiculous. I watched QVC from the beginning and spent a lot of money , I watched so much it was a joke in my family when the TV had permanent QVC burned into the screen 😂really.I check in on line but I don’t watch anymore.

I'm surprised that Renee would do that; she's usually terrific with her designs. Gary from Denim & Co. showed a "car coat" that mimicked a shearling but it was VERY lightweight. Leah was presenting with Gary (I love both of them) and they were pitching it as the perfect outerwear for when you're driving and told want to get overheated. Sorry, but by the time your car gets heated, you'll freeze wearing this thing if the temps are below 50 degrees. I believe it was heavily discounted.
It would look nice on Renee! She can wear anything. Where I live I need a warm coat but this may work for someone who needs a light jacket or something to wear around the house when it is chilly. Price should be about $30 in my opinion. Clothes in general have gotten casual in a sloppy way but I think this is turning around.

Even there clearance prices arent cleariance. Id lke to know what wage demographic qvc is marketing to. Why dont they just charge lower prices in the first price so that their items would sell. In the real world most people cant afford an $80 logo shirt. Or a $200 Dooney bag. Sounds like corporate greed to me. This CEO has got to go. QVC is comtributing to the imflation problem. Also bring back Carolyn and Dan. At least they seemed more qenuine and more enjoyable than some of the other hosts. They made you laugh and you might even buy somethimg.
I still love qvc, every one have their own opinion. What ever they call it really don't matter. If you like it buy it. If not then don't. Keep it moving!!
Shawn Killinger is singlehandedly destroying QVC. No class at all. She makes EVERYTHING look cheesey, like her. Ugh. Somebody, DO SOMETHING. She was not always this way. For me, once she came back on the air during Covid, "putting it out there," (her words) she hadn't showered for 3 days but did that day to be on the air...too nutty for this old woman, once a fan of Shawn 😢
