Today I had (on my 1,200 calorie diet as a type 1 diabetic so yes it can be more whenever I need sugar for my blood glucose levels) My coffee with creamer-100 calories, bbq chicken salad-200 calories, 2 packets of oatmeal-210 calories, ritz peanut butter crackers-200 calories (had them in my lunch, don’t recommend due to being high in calories), a vitamin water-100 calories and a apple sauce- 110 calories and to get protein in I had two scoops of BPN whey protein pumpkin spice flavor-240 calories. The apple sauce was due to my sugar trending down to being low and I have 40 calories left over but I’m gonna leave that for possible fruit cup or something in case my sugar drops again from walking 👍🏼👍🏼 Not as healthy as yours but 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'm on a 1200 calorie diet, too. I had minced meat with zucchini, cucumber (yes, pan seared salad cucumber), tomato and paprika for lunch today. Breakfast was whole wheat toast with cod (from last night) and salad for a huge sandwich and dinner was even more cod with cauliflower from last night. Then I had my special me pudding for the lactose intolerant and sugar averse: pudding powder with Eryhit and unsweetened soy milk, 300g of pudding for just 200 calories.

I eat even less, I work out every fucking day in the least 5 years and I am still really fat. It is called hig cortisol levels.

A lot of people don't workout on this. When I was able to workout, I was eating 1800 calories. I eat 1200 when I'm not doing anything for the day.

If you are exercising on top of this, be sure to get salt. Yes this diet actually lacks salt and can cause cramps when working out.

1200 calories can be a lot and more filling if you have the knowledge of what to put in and what to cook. Also people have a choice on what sort of lifestyle they want to have.

Try to avoid the sugar in the coffee and be careful with yogurt because it’s full of added sugar. The one you’re eating is 9 grams!
