You all do one or two songs and then never hear about her again? And it’s alway “Close My Eyes Forever “ or Kiss Me Deadly”?! She has so much more to hear!!! I’m just a big fan of Lita and wish someone would really check out her music???!!! 😢❤😊

I believe, they have already reacted to a couple of Lita Ford songs. But you are right we should definitely hear more of her tunes. I believe she started out with an all-female rock band called "The Runaways" in the 70's and she's a beast on guitar. These are some great suggestions, thanks for sharing.

Yes, we need more Lita Ford,, I love ❤️ ". Kiss me deadly but she has so many great, rocking songs/ videos like: back to the cave, hungry( For your sex) , out for blood, shot of poison, playing with 🔥 fire, larger than life, and More. Her live version of 💋 kiss me deadly( at Wembley arena),is scorching! She opened for bon Jovi, that tour. 3:16

Femme Fatale started out with Lorraine Lewis and 4 male musicians. They released 1 album in 1988. Another one was released in 2016 but it was recorded between 1989-1990. Lorraine later reunited the band but as an all female band. Lasted between 2013-2019. She played with Nita Strauss, Courtney Cox and Janis Tanaka (ex-L7) to name a few.

I fell for Lorraine when I first saw the video for this song back in the day on Headbanger's Ball. Gorgeous woman and great singer. I love the raspiness of her voice. She's the lead singer for Vixen since Janet left the band. I've been lucky enough to know Lorraine for just over a decade now and, as great of a singer she is, she's a better human being. She's incredibly nice and sweet.

For female Friday I highly recommend you check out Diana Krall two songs recorded live in Paris, " The Look of Love” a Burt Bacharach song, he wrote a lot of songs popular in the 60.s. And also, in the same venue she did “Cry Me a River” both are superb! The music is GREAT and the video is beautiful!!!!!! She has other versions of these songs but the live version in Paris is the BEST!!!! She had a lot of other GREAT songs too, not from that Paris session such as “S Wonderful” “Walk on by” another Bacharach song “So Nice” recorded live in Rio “I’ve Got You Under My Skin” “On the Sunny side of the Street” She had many others. She is jazzy and classy!!!!!

If you're doing 1980's Vixen videos, Lorraine wasn't in Vixen at that time. She's actually in Vixen right now. That first Femme Fatale album is awesome. Lorraine has a voice similar to Pat Benatar in my opinion. I think there were issues with the record company which is why the 2nd album wasn't released. It finally came out many years later after the band had disbanded. I think Lorraine's brother is in this band.

That's 7 out of the last 32 uploads that I've known the song including the interviews. I used to look at what they've uploaded each day and think 'Great choice, can't wait to hear that'. Now I'm so used to seeing the videos they've uploaded and not recognising the song and sometimes the band I suppose it's a new experience for most of us. If you don't include the interviews the last reaction they did when I knew the band/singer and song before it started was Hazard by Richard Marx, before that was The Cure - Boys Don't Cry, before that was Odyssey - Inside Out. To get to 10 I had to go back to Hard Habit To Break by Chicago where I knew the song before it started. 10 songs out of the last 46 I've known before it started. I'm assuming it's a deliberate choice to pick slightly more obscure songs but, like I said on the positive side most of us are now experiencing new songs.

Hello Jay & Amber, I thought I'd suggest another female artist for the female Friday, if interested. "YEBBA - My Mind [Sofar NYC]" (by the channel: Sofar Sounds) -- Abigal Elizabeth Smith (Abbey Smith) is known professionally as YEBBA is an American singer/songwriter from West Memphis Arkansas. This Lil' lady has some incredible vocals so, be prepared to have your mind 🤯blown. Oh, and Amber grab your🤧tissues. YEBBA has been an outspoken advocate for mental health awareness and support. The tragic thing about this specific performance is Abbey's mother committed suicide about a week after she sang her first original song (this song I've suggested) causing "My Mind" to become more real than she probably ever expected it too. RIP: Dawn 💔(YEBBA's Mom) I've loved her work for many years, she's a modern singer (of your generation) Amber, I think you and Jay will enjoy her tunes.

JAY and AMBER , Good video guys ! I have been a long time supporter and you guys do so many videos a day and i loved and still love you reacting to music and rock that you never experienced, but i want to alert you that rock is coming back and many new rock bands are female and /or female led and i feel you are missing out on a new generation of rock resurgence. I am asking you to check out THE WARNING. This band is a 3 piece band of young sisters from Mexico, but they sing in English 95 % of the time. I know you guys like family bands. I would encourage you to give them a shot on Female Friday. They are going global and deserve a female Friday. They have recently opened for Stryper, Def Leppard, Guns and Roses, Halestorm, and recorded their own version of Enter Sandman by Metallica by request of Metallica to put on a Metallica anniversary album. . Good friends with Lizzy Hale. I suggest reacting to Enter Sandman , their own version live from Teatro Metropolitan Center, or a couple news ones out, Hell you call a dream ( about the struggles of touring ), or Automatic sun Video. All girls sing and often rotate lead singing duties within the same song. Rock is in good hands with these girls. I would personally watch and react to CHOKE... great video. You guys cover the 50s , 60's, 70's 80's and 90's, ... But regular Hard rock has been hard to find in the last 30 years and they are ushering it back to the main stream reminding us that rock is not dead.

For Female Friday, if you find the time, check out an all-female rock group formed out of the San Fransisco Bay Area 'Zepparella' who are known as a tribute band for the British rock band Led Zeppelin. They perform extraordinary covers of L.Z.'s songs. "When the Levee Breaks'' might be a good one as an introduction to them. These young ladies rock also. 💋👠🎤🎸🥁🔊🔥🎧

I suggest you to react to 2 awesome Canadian female singers: Alannah Myles ("Black Velvet", "Love Is", "Still Got This Thing", "Song Instead Of A Kiss") and Sass Jordan ("Tell Somebody", "Make You A Believer", "You Don't Have To Remind Me", "High Road Easy", "Sun's Gonna Rise"). Both of them have amazing voices and great, magnetic stage presence.

This is a wonderful example of how writing was better in the 80s and has only gotten worse. Now, you can write whatever you want and use all the language you want. Back then, everything had to be innuendo and double meaning. Now, usually with the men writers, it was hiding the dirty meaning of what they were really saying. In this one, the dirty meaning is right there out front but the real meaning in the background is much more wholesome.
