Try not to say sorry too much! At least that's Simons option. 😅
It's important to be polite, professional & respect the process which the artist may be going through in that moment. Sometimes fewer words is better, other times it's good to explain the plan and the reason without flagging technical issues that are outside of the artists control. Oh and fresh smelling hands!
