Sir ,in your green smoothie video you didn't mention about oxalic acid present in the spinach and also for some by eating raw spinach regularly can cause kidney stone , still is it safe to eat daily raw spinach in the form of smoothie you mentioned or can we eat it in the other ways like blanching, sauteing by without losing any nutrients , also many resourses claim that we will absorb more calcium and iron if you eat it cooked, so please make a clarification regarding this by making a separate video sir .
