This seems so bizarre to me. My mother said I was pretending to be suicidal so I didn’t have to clean my room. I didn’t even tell her anything. One of my teachers noticed and called her. It’s hard to imagine parents caring about your feelings.

Yeah, my parents didnt take me serious about needing help until my dad found me bleeding out in the woods. I pulled myself out of that darkness. I had professional help, but *I* did it. No one gave me my power back except for myself. Unfortunately, some parents aren’t going to care about you like they should or dont fully understand the gravity of the situation until its too late. Its hard, but in these situations you learn to not depend on your parents. You will learn self love is far stronger than any parental love. That is what helps me hold on. At the end of the day, you only have yourself. Live your life for yourself, not for the world.

I wanna see a therapist but I recently missed my 2nd appointment and they have a policy stating that they wouldn't take patients after that, where I live folk are homophobic and so I don't know where to talk about things like this.. it sucks.. I tried online therapy but got rejected... I really don't know what to do..

The solution for most of these kids is take the phone away social media has been linked to massive amounts of mental problems. It’s why so many people need therapy these days. Life isn’t perfect sometimes you really do need to just suck it up
