This is not just an interaction and voice video. I've tried to put lines in specific order to show little story through them. It starts from peacefulness of Jun's life, then Kayn attacks and she has to pick Xolaani weapon, but in the end she was consumed by darkin. Also put Yi lines in 3 different places on purpose. First time he appears - it's happy life. Second time - he is like blaming himself that he is lost Jun when she turned into Darkin (his Jun death lines) and third time is when Xolaani dies. It's like his final farewell to Jun.
She is the 'Faceless God' from LoL short story She freaking hated how she healed people only for them to be sent to meat grinder later and dissed local Shuriman Emperor. Nevertheless she got Ascended later. I take it she took 'there won't be peace until I enforce it' route.
@Red Hawk I don't think Kayn and Rhaast's dynamic need to be concluded for the story to still carry it's weight. YI's temple was attacked, all of his students were killed leaving Jun the last one standing Jun hears the weapons call to her she runs further in. Yi arrives, fights kayn as Jun touches the weapons. the darkin takes over, Xolaani destroys the temple and leaves. yi and Kayn both escape from the ruins
@@Plight_ That's the problem. Normal Kayn can't destroy Yi's temple by himself, only shadow Kayn or Rhasst can do that. And Jun is Yi's best student so she knows very well not to touch the spooky weapon. She only takes the weapon out of desperation because Shadown Kayn kill everyone else in the temple except for her and YI

I wonder just how built different kayn is to actually stave off the darkin corruption and make it an even 50/50, since he was a prodigy to zed as much as jun is to yi, i can assume it something else rather than skill or talent
Its the shadow magic that lets him do that. Kaynes about as proficient in it as zed is so its no surprise that he is able to use it to contend with the darkin, even if rhaast isn't a particularly strong one.

I'm guessing there is 2 timelines in this situation for Kayn and Jun. So I guess after Kayn attacks the temple to retrieve the Darkin weapon. He fought Jun then notices she was no match for Kayn. Then Yi came to save her. This left Kayn to turn into blue form to fight full power against Yi based on the level up to fight him in the temple but don't know much of the result or who won. In another timeline Jun while Yi came to save her. But she went to the temple and used the Darkin weapon hoping to get stronger. But got corrupted by Xolaani then she destroyed the temple from the inside. I guess when that happened Kayn got corrupted from Rhast from sensing Xolaani and turned red. He then kills Xolaani and retrieved the weapons based on the level up form. For Yi though, I assume he fell back because 2 Darkins could be too much to handle. This could be possible that it did transition from Kayn turning blue to fight Yi then Xolaani got awakened then Rhast took over Kayn. Though it's very unsure if Kayn can change forms twice.
indeed there are two timelines but i dont think its goes the same way you said. I think that the first one is whene kayne triomphe over rhaast and turn into the shadow forme, more powerful he could kill yi's deciplines. Jun then tried to use Xolaani's weapon form but ofc she was mind weak so the darkin took control. The second timeline is when kayn lost to Rhaast and been erased, now that rhaast have all the control over his body he use it to destroy xolaani ( u can see it on Rhaast art ), and plus every darkin hate Xolaani.
@@itjustworks2993 I thought she was honoured for protecting mortals from being enslaved by the other darkin, hence why the universe story has the faceless statue made in her honour in Shurima in the city of Xolan.
Jun should be in league. if you build her more ad she'll transform into "master Jun" when she reaches like 180 ad and then turn into xolaani when she gets like idk 200 ap or so whatever the high equivalent. it'll be similar to how kayn transforms OR have xolaani be an ult for jun and have it be a mode for a period of time or have it be a passive after she kills someone that she turns into them OR have a passive if 10 teammates die shell transform sort of like the teams second wind/ comeback
Kinda ironic kayn said that to jun He ACTUALLY forgot he was a prodigy of someone too. And lastly, if rhaast can use shadow magic once he takes over kayn does that mean xolaani got....
@@mattjo6103 they showed a roadmap for the upcoming updates and on October and December there will be two more updates related to the Darkin Saga, so we might actually see Aatrox (hopefully he interacts with majority of the darkins as he is the general)
Yeah it should be Aatrox, since it's said in Zoe's/His lore that he was the strongest Darkin that couldn't be defeated by anybody (that's why they trapped him...which also failed).
I think it says in his flavour text that Taarosh came close to actually killing Xolaani, although she barely won and then left his soul in the Shadow Isles.
Unfortunately no, Xolaani's weapons are very different from the dagger that was shown in the teaser art: the teaser showed a normal sized dagger with a slightly curved blade, whereas Xolaani's are large, crescent-shaped swords like a sickle or shotel. A shame really, I would've liked to see Xolaani in League: her interactions with the other Darkin and with Yi would've been cool to see.
Xolaani was a white mage. Nobody fucks with the white mage. Fuck with the white mage, you get Xolaani or Yachiru Unohana, or WORSE. At the very least, you lose your healing privileges and you don't get back up again if you die. Always treat your white mage or support with respect and you'll get it in return along with added benefits.
