I used to go to school with this beautiful soul named Toni. She had cystic fibrosis, and I’m not going to pretend we were best friends or anything, but I know how hard it was for her to have a ‘normal’ school day just like everyone else... but without fail, ever single day she made it her mission to do so. She was very frail and could not pick up weight because of the illness, often her friends would carry her school bag if she was struggling. She was in and out of hospital but still managed to maintain good grades. We all knew that her life expectancy deadline was fast approaching but I don’t think anyone ever processed the fact that every day was in fact a life or death for her. She passed away, and it shook us all. Every time I watch your videos I’m reminded of Toni, and the huge positive impact she made on so many people, in her short life. I find you, Stephi, to be such an incredible person. Despite the very real circumstances that affect your everyday life, you still pursue your dreams of adventure and travel. I love watching your videos because of that. You are also so authentic, it’s refreshing. Love and light

Nunya Bidness I have smoked for 20 years, I am 56 days today no smokes, but I have been using a vape, doctor told me I have to stop and they said vaping is 100X better than smoking, and over time I will slowly stop using the vape, like today I have only used it 3 times, good luck, also there is a app you can get called (my quit buddy) its good because in 56 days I have saved $939 cause I smoked 1 packet a day at the cost of $22.50 a day, and seeing the money saved makes me not want to smoke, and I have saved 7966 grams of tar not going on my lungs, it also has things to help you stay strong with tips and people you can chat with and people helping each other to all quit, all in the app

Stephi, I just spent the last 2 days watching all your videos. You're by far the most real person I've seen on youtube and really hope you continue to make more videos cause I sure as hell will watch them! I can't recall how I stumbled upon your channel yesterday but it's been very inspirational. My boyfriend and I are packing up the bikes next week and riding to NM from AR. We love to travel but haven't pulled the plug on leaving the country just yet. We both really want to and now that I've watched your vlogs/videos I know more than I did before so thanks for all the tips and tricks. Can't wait till your next video! Hope you're feeling better :)

i love watching both of your videos on both of your channels.my son's father had CF and passed away last year he didnt make it in time to het the lumg transplant and he was my best friend! i spent time with him in and out of the hospital and he passed away August 9th at 5:00am was so hard watching him battle the cystic fibrosis and i know the daily struggles of it and wish u the best on your journey you both are great at what u do and big kind hearted 💖💯✔
The thing you did with breathing in the steam - it’s also great to use teas instead of saltwater! Linden, chamomile, pine needle, plaintain, and so many others. My family has been doing these tea steam inhalations for as long as I can remember to help with coughing and to clear out airways. Basically boil the tea for a few minutes and start breathing it under a blanker immediately after taking it off the stove. Hope I can help in some way!

I’m a Respiratory Therapist and found your Vlog through the keyword Cystic Fibrosis. I was really taken back by how cool of chick you are. You remind me a lot of my friends and I which makes you really relatable to me. I’ve haven’t personally had any friends within CF,...only patients. But watching your VLog feels really personal. Watching your videos makes me happy. You live your life even with the health challenges, and I love that. Having Victoria around gives you a friend to hang out with, and that's good. You come across as lonely sometimes and so does she, so you two are a good friend match. I wish I could get out and enjoy life more like you, but I'm sick too, with cancer and it limits how much I can do these days. Glad you both had fun in Mexico..

I really cant believe anyone actually thinks your faking that you're sick or making up having CF. Who would want to fake something like that? Some people just have no earthly idea what its like. Cystic fibrosis runs in my family, i have two cousins who passed away from it. One was 29 & the other was 12. They were brothers. Its a very serious disease. Just listening to you talk makes my heart hurt, i can hear how hard it is for you just to breathe. Im actually a carrier for the gene & when i was pregnant my husband had to be tested to see if he carried the gene as well. Luckily he isnt a carrier. But the wait for the results was a heart wrenching one. Seeing my cousins go through what they did was a heart breaking. Its ironic id find your channel, i think. Your inspiring. You're truly such a good sport, you never let it stop you & i wish you all the best in all your future adventures. Hope you're doing well & feeling better! 💓

The pollution in Mexico City cannot be that much worse than LA, I remember passing through LA and it looked like a black pollution cloud just lingered over the city

As a Mexican I apologize for all the street dogs we have running around who we call men lol.....I wish I'd followed you when you came last time no joke...I live an hour and a half hours away in a place called tenancingo...the altitude here is amazing...and we have pretty cool stuff here and in towns near by.

You should visit St.Louis, Missouri. My hometown has a lot of free things to do. Our zoo, art museum, science center, and the botanical gardens are free admission (I'm not sure about the gardens but I'm pretty sure it is). Plus, the Delmar loop is a great artsy/local shops area.
I feel so horrible for Stephi. Though I can't imagine what she goes through, or feels like, I had severe asthma for the majority of my life, so I do know what it feels like to not be able to breathe, and to have lung infections, which I did, and they were chronic. It is just the worst feeling, and I wish her so much comfort and peace.
