I swear this was the encouragement I needed! I literally binged yesterday after doing so good for almost 6 month and losing 29lbs. I felt like trash but I told myself today I was going to start fresh today! One bad day of eating doesn’t compare to the consistency of good work we done. Wish you well on your journey ❤️💪🏽

Girl, have you considered raising your calories a little bit? Might help keep you from over eating. Speaking from a lot of experience with this lol I actually raised up to maintenance a couple of days per week and have been able to be WAY more consistent with that and have lost a total of 85 pounds! love your videos and that breakfast looked BOMB ♥️🔥

3:18 minutes! Man I could cry (I’m at the gates outside of my childrens school so I can’t 😂) your words of encouragement really hit the spot ❤️ and your seriously right. It’s not about perfection, it is definitely about progress and I’m so thankful to have made a lot right now. My period has just had me seriously bugging out but later on I will push through it and try a light exercise 🤞🏾 Thank you sweetheart sending love from the UK

Add fruit and veggies to your water to give it a different twist. I use cucumbers, mint leaves, kiwi, strawberries, mangoes, pineapples, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, grapefruit, etc, fresh lemon juice or slices. I also use frozen fruit. Also, I will drop in fruit flavored tea bags and let that sit in cold water overnight ( do not add any sugar or low carb sweetener of any kind). I make all kinds of concoctions of infused water and the flavors often surprise me. It helps me not to drink juice or soda and makes drinking H2O easy and fun.

I recently realized I’m lactose intolerant/ dairy sensitive. This is due to our body not having enough of the lactase enzyme to process the dairy. THEY HAVE PILLS FOR THAT!!! I now take lactose pills with dairy meals and it has been helping!! No bloat or discomfort! You gain get them from Walmart, CVS, Walgreens

you can use nutritional yeast as a cheese alternative. I sometimes sprinkle it on my salads.

I use it on pasta occasionally and it tastes pretty good. Maybe I need to try more recipes with nutritional yeast.

You are my lil sis "in my head" so I want you to be the best you. The Caesar salad is a specific lettuce (Romain). You had a leafy green salad w/ Caesar dressing. Follow your heart Caesar dressing is a staple in my house & I use it on my leafy greens & Caesar salads. Your salad 🥗 does look delicious.

If you haven't tried it yet I would suggest the So Delicious brand of dairy-free cheese. So far its the only one that a found that is closest to actual shredded cheese. I also enjoy the Kite Hill brand for other substitutes like yogurt, cream cheese and sour cream.

I’ve been successful at meeting my water goals by using a straw. I realized I drink more from a straw then from a cup. I fill up my big jug and pour it into a 30oz cup with a straw and it works for me.

Hey gurl hey, I am a CPT, and I am vegan I work out 5 times a week so I haven't had dairy in three-and-a-half years you can go to Whole Foods and buy smoked gouda cheese the 365 brand my God today when I make a grilled cheese sandwich it's like heaven🤗🤗

Hi Rianna ! Take a lactose pill before every meal you eat that has dairy in it. you can get it at walmart etc. You will thank me after feeling like a normal person. Take care

I have been eating Violife non dairy products and they are so so good. A good non dairy Caesar dressing is from Primal Kitchen.

It's almost being at 10k for me. I'm glad you spoke to getting back up when you mess up. We do tend to beat ourselves up and make it worse instead of just trying again the next day.

I dont know if you already have a cook book or something out but I would def buy your book if you had one that was detailed with calories, macros and etc ... Its so annoying to calculate everything and most cookbooks dont make it individualized and also dont include salt in their nutrients count. Its always a recipe book thats like serves 5 but you dont even know how much youre suppose to actually eat unless you whip out a calculator and do the math😭

I have a coconut allergy and the Follow Your Heart brand is the only vegan cheese that doesn’t have coconut oil. It melts pretty good and the taste isn’t bad.

Cheeses that are low in lactose include Parmesan, Swiss and cheddar. Moderate portions of these cheeses can often be tolerated by people with lactose intolerance. Other generally naturally lactose-free cheeses, or cheeses with low levels of lactose, include Mimolette, Gouda, Parmesan, and pecorino. If you're looking for a lactose-free cheese that melts well, stick with cheddar.

Sister girl..... why self suffer? You eat a lot of dairy to be lactose intolerant. Only changing your milk is not a cure. You may want to get a second opinion if you can tolerate dairy ice cream, dairy cheese, dairy yogurt, whey protein shakes & bars. You may be sensitive to dairy, but you tolerate dairy on all your videos quite well; especially if you are not getting sick. On the other hand, you have stomach issues. Have you tried going dairy/lactose free? I'm not saying this is you, but, I hear so many people say, they are lactose intolerant, but eat dairy everyday throughout the day. I literally have to read every label to ensure there is no dairy/ whey/ lactose or I will pay the price. Believe me, this is not a thing you want to claim. I come to you in peace & love only. Go dairy free/ lactose free/ whey free for a week and let us know if you still have stomach issues. I can recommend some suggestions because I have been intolerant before the fad. I'm not saying that is your case because you changed your milk, but still have issues. I'm here to support.
