What I eat in a day for weight loss In a calorie deficit. Today I had 1850 calories my goal is 1900 calories per day this goal is personal to me as I workout 4x per week, 10k + steps per day, age/height/weight and drink 1.5L of water I prioritise protein and Fiber to keep me full and satisfied my protein goal is 120g and Fiber is 30g.
