I always buy plain cauliflower rice and season it myself. Also, i did not know I could shred chicken like that so thanks for the tip!

Try cauliflower rice with , pepperoni , cheese ,ground turkey and lit tomato sauce it’s good sis !!

Buy the cauliflower rice from the produce or in the can food section. It has a better texture than the frozen. I used to live on crack chicken.

I've made "grits" out of cauliflower rice for a shrimp and grit recipe, shred it really finely in a food processor, cook it with chicken stock, lots of butter, garlic powder, and salt, and top it with cheese and bacon and it comes out really good texture wise even though you still taste the cauliflower (but I like cauliflower so it's no big deal for me)

I'm about 5 week post op and I have been making smoothies also but been staying away from berries because of the seeds. I also use Fairlife milk a little expensive but it has a good taste and I think 13g protein. I love you channel have been following for a couple weeks. Glad I found this channel.

Everything looked really good. Riced cauliflower is an acquired taste it takes some getting used to. Oooohh iced coffee. Yummy!!

I enjoyed this video...I might do that recipe and modify it a little. I had cauliflower rice bc a good friend of mine was like its soo good smh I tried with with shrimp scampi...wasn't too bad. Just a taste that you will have to get use to if you want to continue to eat it...will definitely be on my grocery list
