Thanks for sharing the pancake recipe. My vanilla protein powder is made from sprouted grains but I had nrver thought of making pop pancakes with it. I'm excited to try it! Thanks!

I've been eating salads the last couple of days to lose. Hoping for a loss this week. It's been tough. I can't stand the Yasso ice cream bars. A waste of $ I figured! You never know though, and everyone's different! You inspire me and I love your family!

Kim, if you like fudge sickles, try Kroger‘s brand of low-fat sugar-free it’s a thicker fudge bar not as big as WW‘s, but lower and points are only 2 And I think I got them for like four something a box and it’s six in a box worth a try
