showing multiseed standard bread but swapping out for low calorie warburtons nimble bread, and a 350 calorie gym kitchen ready meal for dinner 🥲🙄

Loved this vid you’re honestly so inspiring Em! I would 100% recommend making your oats with milk tho cos it’s sm creamier and tastes 1000x better (and a good ED challenge!) ❤

Really proud of you for this weight gain journey! It inspires me everyday to try and do the same! Remember everyone who is commenting that emma is also recovering from a restrictive eating disorder so mentally she is challenging so much - yes one could add more toppings to oats/milk etc but the fact she is eating this much anyway is incredible and is mentally overcoming a lot! ❤

yeah ig she might genuinely like it better but like if she’s trying to gain weight it doesn’t make much sense

to all gym and running girls: how do you maintain healthy hair? I always need to wash my hair after every workout (6 times a week). And it is so damaged. I already use oil and masks and no heat !

first of all dont comment on someones food choices especially when shes in recovery. for breakfast she had oats which aren’t processed and raspberries which aren’t processed. she had a banana and corn with her lunch which is again not processed. with her dinner she had tomato broccoli corn lettuce and rice which are veggies (the rice is not a veggie) and not processed. clearly you didnt even watch the video because if you did you would have seen all that.
