Soup Recipe - I added a 600g pack of mixed veg (carrot, swede, potato and onion) and a 300g pack of sweet potato and butternut squash to my slow cooker. Add 800ml GF veg stock, 1 tsp dried sage and 3 tsp garlic - stir and cook for 4 hours on high. Add 100g cheddar cheese and then blend!
Garlic Bread Dippers Recipe - Take 2 Schär Balance of Both Rolls and cut them into 4 slices. Mix together 50g softened butter, 2 tsp garlic, a handful of fresh parsley and a handful of grated mozzarella. Spread onto the slices of bread then air fry at 190C for 5 minutes or bake in the oven at 200C for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. Dip away!!

Awesome thanks for sharing, recipes look great! Just a heads up on Salt, i purchased a 100% Coarse sea salt from my local supermarket - just the 'cheap' plastic grinder kind...didnt think anything of it until i found my pepper had the May contain Gluten & upon checking the Sea salt, yup there it was, May contain Gluten! Reason for this is becase they mass produce and ship around the world in the bellys of the bulk ships you see, its also possible for these ships to carry Grains, wheat etc & they do not clean them between shipments. Not only this but usually packed in a mass shipment facility. Sorry to be bearer of possible bad news. I took sometime off of Salt & have struggled to track down a manufacturer that i can trust, one of our biggest in Australia have stated they do not test & will not update their packaging - yay. I tried the Celtic salt and that had adverse effect on my head so dropped that quicker than i picked it up. Now as a last resort, ive made my own - needs a bit of fine tunning when drying out, but at least i can trust it. Apologies for the long waffle, Good luck!

Not 100% - my partner eats mostly gluten free though! The only exception is sometimes he will have gluten free bread/wraps/toast/pizzas. Otherwise everything is GF. I don't allow any gluten in the air fryer EVER and he has a dedicated non-GF baking tray and chopping board. And a non-GF snack stash haha! It's great he's so accommodating and happy to eat GF a lot of the time!!
